Google reviewers report a perfect 5.0 rating based on 654 reviews, with the owner responding to 99% of comments. Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and affordable pricing for services including leak detection, water heater maintenance, and fixture repairs. While most praise the professionalism and thoroughness of the technicians, a small number of low-star reviews describe instances of tardiness, incomplete cleanup, and unresolved issues that led to disputes with the company owner.
