This is our second time filing ITR with Liberty Tax on Fairview in Boise. We had a great experience on our first encounter. We saw Victoria Smart today and had an excellent experience with her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, but I especially want to highlight Victoria for her outstanding service.
Victoria was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process and made sure everything was accurate before submission. She took the time to explain details clearly and reassured both my wife and me that our return would be triple-checked prior to being sent to the IRS. That level of care and attention really gave us confidence and peace of mind.
If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional tax professional, I highly recommend Victoria and her team at this office.
