Liberty Tax (Carla) s amazing. She was so professional and swooped right in. There was a lot of mishap with a previous accountant and Carla took her time and got to the bottom of it. She is smart, kind and compassionate and KNOWS what she s doing. I’m am beyond grateful to have met Carla!!

I dont know if the preparer is at this location or not but im scrolling tik tok and shes is dancing around doing tik tok dances in the office and bashing her coworkers in video very unprofessional. I believe her name was Megan columbus ohio for sure

The most professional, thorough, and kind tax preparation office I've ever used. For years I did my taxes myself without incident, but there's a real convenience to having knowledgeable professionals take care of it that is worth every penny. No one likes having to deal with the IRS, but they truly make it easy. I'm originally from Ohio but I live in Florida now, and they're the only service I'll ever use.
