Google reviewers rate Liberty Tax 4.8 out of 5 based on 275 reviews, with the owner responding to 11 percent of them. However, several low-star reviews criticize the business for high pricing, alleging that fees are significantly higher than competitors and that employees sometimes avoid providing clear cost estimates before service.
