Customers consistently praise the shop for high-quality embroidery on work shirts and hats, noting fast turnaround times and affordable pricing. Reviewers highlight the owners' helpful communication, willingness to provide delivery services, and lack of minimum order requirements, which benefits both small and large businesses. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews indicates that the business sometimes fails to answer phone calls or return messages promptly.

Liz and Dan were such a pleasure to work with! Wanted to add custom embroidery to a hat and Liz mocked it up and had it ready same day. Very affordable and great communication. Would recommend to anyone in the area. You’re in good hands!
Thank You
We had a great experience with Life's a Stitch! Our company ordered new work shirts for our crew, and Don & Liz were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They made the entire process easy, and the shirts turned out great. Our guys absolutely loved the new style! They even went the extra mile by delivering the shirts to us, which was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service, quality work, and a smooth experience all around. Thank you, Don & Liz! — Sheet Metal Systems

We have been going through Life's a Stitch for over a year now. Liz does a fantastic job on the embroidery. She will even pick up and deliver. I could not recommend Life's a Stitch enough.
Great quality!

It is clear that when we begin to follow God life becomes harder. That is true. However, The Word of God also says He will bless you, but we never know when or how. This is also true, and my case. God made sure to the point that He even match the address numbers! This is something that will never forget. The work they have done for me is an inspiration God planted in my heart to help understand who He is in our lives. It is exactly how and what i asked for. It looks just like i envisioned. It is simple yet it stands out on the shirt i made out of Velcro. Quality is great, and the price was very reasonable. I will post pictures soon for everyone to see her magnificent work. Thank you kindly for everything you did, and will for for me from now on. I will always recommend your business to everyone that needs your services. May the God of our Heavens bless you, your family and your business for years to come. Thank you kindly for your beautiful gift.
