We had a great experience with Life's Journey Counseling. My teen worked with Sydney Herman for about 8 months, and she was an excellent talk therapist for her during a very difficult time. She helped my daughter start to see things more positively when she was struggling and made a real difference in her outlook. Sydney was always professional, understanding, and supportive, even when we needed to move on to additional care. Fast and responsive scheduling was also a big plus. My daughter improved a lot during her time with her and even became more motivated and started job hunting again. We’re very grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate therapy.

I'm currently asking for a referral to leave after some things were said in front of my daughter that didn't need to be. Unprofessional and disgraceful. A personal grudge was held against me by some staff because I am not able to respond as quickly as they like (I work too). Between my children we have visited this place for almost 4 months now. That concludes our time here. I sought some help for my teens and they disappointed.

Caroline Church is the best therapist I've ever worked with. I have met with many therapists and she is by far the one which helped me at an important time in my life. She completed EMDR and behavioral therapy with me and helped me navigate my trauma and abuse. I wouldn't be where I am today without her and I'm so grateful. I would recommend her to anyone and have recommended her to my friends and family because of how much I trust and believe in her work. You couldn't ask for someone better in this industry and can tell she loves what she does.

I’ve had a great experience with Life’s Journey. I started with a different therapist but decided to switch to find a better fit, and they made the whole process really easy. They were super understanding and didn’t pressure me at all. They worked with my schedule and helped me connect with Rebecca Donaldson, who is amazing. I was honestly nervous about going to therapy again and trying EMDR, but she made me feel comfortable right away and eased me into it. Over time, it has really helped me process things I’d been struggling with for a while. Rebecca is so understanding and helped a ton when I had trouble putting my feelings into words. The flexible scheduling was a huge help too. I had to stop therapy because of scheduling changes with my job, but I’m hoping to come back someday. I’d definitely recommend Rebecca and Life’s Journey Counseling to anyone.

Glenda is amazingggggg. I’d recommend her and Life’s Journey to anyone. Glenda has truly changed my life and I am so grateful. It was a process. I went to another therapist (not at Life’s journey) before finding Glenda and the process was worth it. Starting is better than not, but be ready and committed.
