The therapist insulted me by telling me that I was too old to be on a medication for anxiety when I am only 56 years old. That I am old enough to handle my emotions and then called me a liar when I told him that I had been on medication for anxiety 5 years prior and he said no that I had never been on any medication for anxiety ever. So never deal with these people if you arent suicidal or want to hurt anyone and dont want to be doped up on mood stabilizers. I just needed something that I had been on before to help me deal with my abusive bi-polar daughter that I have to deal with 3 times a week to be able to see my grandkids. They will not help you at all.

They love to take your money but offer no support when you need it. Not to mention, their scheduling team is garbage and the staff doesn't have the balls to respond to messages in the patient portal which is also a trash system that needs updating.

I left this appointment with Jagruti Chaudhari feeling incredibly disappointed and uncomfortable. As an adult over the age of 18, I expected to be treated with respect and have my privacy honored. Instead, the psychiatrist said she would need to speak with my parent, which made me feel like my autonomy as an adult was not being respected. The appointment quickly shifted away from the reason I was there. I came to establish care for medication management for a condition I have already been diagnosed with and successfully treated for over the years. Instead of focusing on that, the conversation became centered on unrelated aspects of my family history. This provider seemed to be very fixated on trying to diagnose me with other disorders that I do not exhibit symptoms of. Some of the questions felt unnecessarily intrusive and were discussed with very little sensitivity, leaving me feeling judged rather than supported. Rather than receiving the care I scheduled the appointment for, I left without a plan to continue the medication that has been working for me. My first experience with this provider made me feel dismissed, discriminated against, and unheard. Mental health care requires trust, compassion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values, and I cannot recommend this provider based on how I was treated.
