I had the best therapy/ psychiatrist appointment I have ever had. Made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like I was able to be to be myself and comfortable to talk about any and all issues

I spoke to a new psychiatrist Dr Sylvester Ndifor who actually listened to what I had to say and provided me with different options for what I needed. He was very helpful in addressing my issues which I very much appreciated. He actually had to pull into a parking lot since he was stuck in traffic and wanted to ensure he was on time for my appointment which was also appreciated as not many doctors would go out of their way to do that.<br>I will also be seeing a therapist through LifeStance and I hope that experience goes as well as this did.<br>Both appointments were easy to schedule and accepted my insurance which many psychiatrists do not take and some refuse to take any insurance at all and only do cash payments. I would definitely recommend LifeStance to others.
