Awful company. Stole my husbands data, back billed to mess up insurance, dropped appointments for their own booking service, leading to late charges. Will not let you know when you are discharged until you are out of pills. Then they will lie and claim they let you know, but there's no message or anything saying it. Literally dropped me while I was out of pills and having severe side effects that have led to hospitalizations. They told me to figure it out and left me high and dry. If you are in need, choose a better company that actually cares about its patients and won't just drop you when they feel like it

I’ve been seeing my therapist and my psychiatrist through Lifestance for almost 3 years now. And when I say, they have been nothing but amazing to me. help me get through my days and nights. They listen to me without judging and does not make me feel bad for feeling how I feel if I could give a 10 star I would.

The booking experience was terrible. Too many check ins and still I had to call the office to get in contact with my therapist since no log in information was ever sent to me. Too long and not convenient at all. It made me late for my appointment and I had to call all around to get the information I needed.

I was extremely depressed when I reached out for help and I was treated with kindness and compassion. I was helped with finding the best fit for me and I am so very grateful. The last couple of years Kat has taught me how to navigate my life and my emotions. I highly recommend Lifestance to anyone that wants someone to talk with.
