Ms. Daisy is the 5* receptionist that saved me as a patient with lifestance. I know it takes a minute to find the right fit when looking for a therapist, especially if your choices are limited by your insurance. I had 2 bad experiences with 2 of lifestance's therapists at 2 different offices. So, when I called to ask what I could do, very upset by the whole thing, Daisy listened. She was beyond patient and made sure I was heard, the manager i spoke to after was pretty cool and just as nice, but I credit Daisy with my satisfaction with lifestance. I had my first appointment with my 3rd therapist yesterday and I walked away feeling clear and ready to move forward. Very happy with this office.

Don’t recommend. I went to therapy a year ago and my employer covered the cost through our EAP. They have been giving me the run around and did not take my activation code. I have called 5 times and now my bill is sent to collections. I called the EAP and they said that I get 8 free sessions mind you I only had 4 and not 1 session is covered. This is so disheartening to mess up someone’s credit especially I provided everything needed to cover the cost. So instead of wanting their money, they’d rather leave the balance unpaid putting me in debt. They are liars and not helpful at all!!!!
