I spoke with Shawn at Lifetime Plumbing, and he was amazing! This is the second time I used them, and in an emergency situation, he was able to schedule me the very next morning. Both Jeff and Brett came to replace the water heater. They were extremely polite and took every precaution as to not dent any walls or anllow any water to get on the flooring. Lifetime Plumbing is amazing and they will be my “go to guys” for all of my Plumbing needs.

Lifetime did a great job of assessing my plumbing leak and resolving the issue quickly. That also includes refilling the trench that they dug to replace my leaking water supply line to my house. The water is working great (no leaks) and the yard looks the same as before the work.

I am very happy I called this week Lifetime Plumbing. My friend referred me . I had a very good experience . Brett fixed all my plumbing problems , which were annoying to me for a long time , and I had a quite few people, who couldn’t do anything.. He is a real professional, who knows his job very well. Everything was done promptly, professionally and with quality. I definitely will use them again if I have plumbing problems in the future. It’s really hard to find a good professionals, and I’m happy , that I was referred to this company. Shawn scheduled appointment for me very fast.

Shawn and Brett were amazing to work with! Getting an estimate and setting an appointment was quick and easy. I needed a toilet to be pulled and reset, and Brett came out and did the job. Quality work and both really take the time to explain and answer every and any question I have (there were a lot!). Thank you so much Shawn and team!

After many attempts and calls for my regular and local plumbers they had someone here the next day. Shawn was repiping an entire home and he answered and said he would Sebastian out the next day. Sebastian was here and had my quote within 15 minutes. It was a couple day job however I was updated on the entire process. They coordinated a roofer to come and fix the pipe going to the outside. Took care of scheduling City of Houston inspections and placing everything back from the trenches they had to dig. They picked up and cleaned after the project. They are on my speed dial and will not call anyone else. Thank you for helping and will not hesitate to use them again or refer them to clients and friends.

Thanks to poor design, my primary bathroom sinks occasionally overful because the AC drain through it. My parents had the same thing happen to their house less than a month ago. Shawn (owner) fixed it for them, so I called to see if he could fix it for me. Bret and Jeff came the next morning and were amazing! Timely, polite, professional, and really nice. I was stressed and they made me feel confident that it would get fixed the right way. They made a permanent fix so I dont need to worry about this again, and were able to fix the drainage problem, despite finding more questionable design issues in my attic and behind my cabinets. What's better than an excellent job? A clean one! They wore the boot covers over their shoes and even cleaned up after! Bret had one of the cleanest worksites during the job Ive ever seen. I called my parents to tell them how it went and my dad mentioned that he planned to only use Lifetime in the future for all plumbing needs. I agree with him - I'll be using them again when I need a plumber. Highly recommend!

The workers were professional, experienced and very hard working and knowledgeable. Shawn Hampton, owner and Master Plumber, diagnosed correctly the broken water pipes and explained everything that needed to be done and how his team would accomplish the task. He has many years experience in plumbing and is dedicated to doing excellent work at a fair price.
