Came here with my siblings and it was great! Very calm , fun, tons of calming learning stem type toys and what my mom loved the most was we were here for couple hours and every hour she saw it being cleaned about 3-4 times. She’s huge on sanitation and cleanliness. She loves to explore different kid playgrounds but this one she absolutely loved.

I have taken my son here many times and have loved it. The staff are typically very attentive to keeping the space clean and tend to mishaps quickly. However, I’m not sure that I will be returning due to the worsening tobacco/cigar smoke smell that seeps in from a neighboring business. There is an air purifier, but it either doesn’t do enough or isn’t turned on early enough prior to opening. Not sure which. Since my son has asthma I’m extra concerned about it and the issue seems to be getting worse, not better. It really is a shame because really I love everything else about this place. I’m hopeful that it will be resolved and we will return.

We completely understand your concerns and take them very seriously. We have started working with our landlord and then City of Redlands to address the reported air-quality concerns.
City representatives have visited our facility and did not detect smoke odor during their visit. However we understand that odors can vary throughout the day, and we are coordinating further air-quality testing to better understand the situation.

So cute and love that it’s geared towards younger kids. My baby is 9 months old and had a blast! Very clean. The attendant was cleaning throughout our entire visit. Will definitely be back!

We celebrated our daughter's first birthday here and had an amazing time. The space is great for the little ones and everyone had a great time. The staff is very supportive and accommodating which was awesome. Highly recommend for little kids birthdays or just going for a play date.

Have been coming to lil munchkins for awhile now we love it! Decided to host my son’s second birthday at lil munchkins and it is such a fun, clean, welcoming environment not only for the kiddos but for the whole family! I took my grandson who is almost 2 and he had an amazing time! The activities that they have were so engaging for him and I loved seeing his little mind at work while he played. This place was perfect for him!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Esmeralda was so helpful in answering all my questions and was very welcoming. I will definitely will be taking him back over and over again. So grateful this exists so close to us.

We hosted our littles 1st birthday party here. Being an August baby and the heat, we were looking for the perfect spot to celebrate, stay cool, and have some funsies. Lil’Munchkins was the perfect place plus their party package - it was super easy. The littles had so much fun from my 1 year old to our older kids (8-9 years old). Perfect wake window for the baby, knocked right out after the celebration. Perfect time to eat, play, and celebrate! The Lil’ Munchkins team is so sweet and responsive. Shoutout to Alexis, our host, she was seriously amazing! Thank you all again, might be back for his 2nd bday! 🤭 but see you soon for the next play date!

I’ve been here twice now. The employees have always been really nice and welcoming, and they were super accommodating when I had to change an appointment last minute. No complaints there!
The layout is a little awkward at first. You kind of have to figure out who the employee is when you walk in and then go over to the other side of the room to actually check in. Once you figure that out, check in is pretty easy.
The playground itself is a little worn down. Nothing terrible, but you can tell it’s been well used. During our last visit it was also pretty messy and disorganized for a while. I know it’s a kids playground and obviously toys are going to be everywhere, but this was more than that. You had to step over multiple toys just to walk around and there was Play Doh all over the floor, even in areas where it wasn’t supposed to be. Staff did eventually come around and clean everything up, but it was much later into our visit.
I also wish the playground rules were enforced a little more. Some parents weren’t really watching their kids, kids were taking toys from other kids and taking over stations, and there were adults sitting on the toys and even going down the slide when it’s clearly meant for kids 0 to 5. Staff didn’t really step in, so it got a little chaotic.
I do think this place has a lot of potential and the staff themselves are really nice. I just think staying on top of the play area a little more and actually enforcing some of the rules would make the experience a lot better.

My soon to be 2 year old is OBSESSED. She has a blast every time we go! Thankful for this place during the summer when the park is too hot, even in the mornings. My husband works night shift so this is also great place for her to get her energy out, outside the house so he can rest haha. Great place!! I’m happy I got the monthly membership.
