The check engine light appeared and a few days later the engine started to hesitate when driving. Their diagnostic tech discovered the problem and sent a detailed report with pictures of what he did and what the problem was. Joshua called to explain my options, answer any questions I had, and assured me my vehicle…
Worked me in right away they were the friendliest business I have ever been too. Explained everything and the price was great.
Limitless Garage did a great job fixing one of our company trucks. Joshua and the team were super friendly, walked us through the whole process, and kept us updated all the way to completion. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend! – Pat, Elite Restoration Services of Iowa
Top notch customer service and great communication are what come to mind when describing Limitless. I brought a vehicle to them for a pre-purchase inspection and they did an outstanding job looking the vehicle over, talking through each finding, and addressed every question I had. From that experience, I felt…
The team at limitless is great. They are professional and courteous. The shop is clean and well organized.
The communication and quality of work that I received during my last visit are beyond what I’ve ever seen for an auto repair shop! So thankful Limitless was able to get my Tahoe in and easily fix some wonky issues we were having with locks and noises! Thank you for a great experience.
Staff was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything to me in ways that I could understand. Work was efficient and they were constantly seeking ways to improve my experience. I highly recommend Limitless Garage
Any mechanic should leave your vehicle better than they found it, but the team at Limitless seriously go above and beyond. They treated my vehicles better than I do, were honest and up front every step of the way, and reasonable in quotes and recommendations. I’ll send my friends here all day!
Limitless Garage ran very thorough diagnostics on a 2011 Chevy Traverse and found multiple issues. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what needed repair to get the vehicle running now and any potential safety issues. I would highly recommend Limitless Garage for anyone seeking thorough and honest diagnostics and repair.
I have had a couple challenges lately with my 2015 vehicle and limitless has been great. Had scheduled maintenance on a number of items on my car they helped with and had a rear drive shaft that needed replaced. Another garage dropped the ball on finding parts and scheduling. They did a great job communicating and…
Took a 2012 Chevy Malibu to Limitless and their team, discussed the issue with check engine light indicating the solenoids and timing chain codes were popping up even after both were replaced about 3 years ago at Karl Chevy in Ankeny. Spoke to owner and he test drove, scanned it, same codes popped for him. We…
The customer service alone deserves a rating higher than 5 stars! We are hooked and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Paul and Josh for taking such good care of my kiddo.
Limitless did a complete motor swap in a great time with a great price! Took the time to reach out almost daily with updates. Great group of guys! I will be back! I would like to add they beat the dealership price significantly, and in less time, these guys really took care of us
Overly priced charged 180.00 for a bid ? And did no repairs i was a master electrician and never charged a customer a fee for my bid I guess times have changed and the bid was for 3000.00 got the same job done at another shop for 1200.00 and thats labor and parts and was done in 2 days !
Great to work with! Josh kept us informed during the whole process, and found the stubborn problem with our car:-) Glad to day we found a new place to take our vehicles:-)
This place is our go to place in Des Moines. Honest, reliable, cost efficient, and speedy service! Recommend this place!!!
I went to limitless Garage as a referral from my son with a great outcome. They accessed my problem very thoroughly, and not only fixed it, but also noticed another problem which, if left untouched, it would have been a major expensive breakdown. Limitless Garage is not a just fixed the broken part shop, but one…
I’ve been to way too many shops. Paid way too much for service. My family and I moved to Des Moines recently and I came across a shop that wasn’t popping up on Google search and they directly recommended Peter and Limitless Garage. When a shop is recommended by the owners previous boss, this speaks absolute…
The team at limitless absolutely came through big in a tight time frame. A squirrel had damaged some wires putting the truck into a misfire. Within less than 24 hours and a need for the truck back they got it done and at less than half the cost of another local shop. Will be my new shop for small fleet maintenance.…
Overall great service. Super transparent and very clear with their findings and kept it real with me with very reasonable/affordable prices. Will definitely be bringing future business here.
Careful assessment and follow through of the problem - it was quite an intensive process. Other work was done in the process as peripherally discovered. The little S10 has never driven better. Much appreciated.
Great service, kept in contact the entire time with no hidden fees or making decisions without my knowledge. Very friendly, very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
Shady people, will charge you an absurd price and still leave your car running like crap. Told us it was fixed so we pick it up and is misfiring like crazy.
To say the service was impeccable might under sell it. The details in the inspection and explanation to my problems was clear and simply explained, and then fixed very quickly. I can't recommend them enough.
Peter and the team at Limitless are very professional and trustworthy. We've used them for regular oil changes and for larger mechanical repairs (an unexplained oil leak, cars making funny sounds or shaking when exceeding a certain speed). They will do a very thorough inspection, give you a fair and reasonable…
Got an engine replacement. Peter did great work and Josh worked with me to set up the payment schedule. I will be coming back for any future service. All around a great experience!!
