What refreshing experience after my debacle at Midas on Ingersoll Ave in Des Moines. The entire experience from start to finish at Limitless was exceptional. Front of the house strives to ensure the customer experience is second none--shout out to Joshua. Mark worked on my 2023 Tacoma like it was his own, I could…
The customer service is amazing!!! I got my vehicle in right away
Limitless Garage did a great job fixing one of our company trucks. Joshua and the team were super friendly, walked us through the whole process, and kept us updated all the way to completion. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend! – Pat, Elite Restoration Services of Iowa
The team at limitless is great. They are professional and courteous. The shop is clean and well organized.
The communication and quality of work that I received during my last visit are beyond what I’ve ever seen for an auto repair shop! So thankful Limitless was able to get my Tahoe in and easily fix some wonky issues we were having with locks and noises! Thank you for a great experience.
Staff was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything to me in ways that I could understand. Work was efficient and they were constantly seeking ways to improve my experience. I highly recommend Limitless Garage
Great customer service, takes pride in their work and the communication is amazing. Plan on using them exclusively for our entire fleet of vehicles.
I bought Cooper tires for my Colorado ZR2. Limitless beat out the competition in Price and details. I also had an oil change while there. The Service was Professional/Caring/Genuine. They had a nice lounge area to wait in and they kept you aware of how it was going with your vehicle. I'll go back for other car maintenance.
Just had front and back brakes replaced on my vehicle as well as a transfer case fluid change. I also had the interior detailed and when I tell you that I had a whole dog worth of dog hair in this vehicle, I’m not kidding… yellow lab IYKYK! The vehicle looks and smells brand new inside!! Beyond happy with all of the…
I needed some 200,000 mile services done on my vehicle. A very comprehensive quote was given with easy to pick digital selection of the services. Very timely to schedule and complete service to expectations.
Any mechanic should leave your vehicle better than they found it, but the team at Limitless seriously go above and beyond. They treated my vehicles better than I do, were honest and up front every step of the way, and reasonable in quotes and recommendations. I’ll send my friends here all day!
Passionate and precised professional.
Great service, the customer service was excellent all the team members were helpful and willing to support!
I have had a couple challenges lately with my 2015 vehicle and limitless has been great. Had scheduled maintenance on a number of items on my car they helped with and had a rear drive shaft that needed replaced. Another garage dropped the ball on finding parts and scheduling. They did a great job communicating and…
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Had anti freeze flush. Great service.
They did an excellent job on my car and communicated very well. Josh and his crew managed to get it back to me before I had drill which was a nice plus
The owner gave me a tour of shop and answered all my questions. My vehicle was serviced and ready to go before I was ready to leave. You wouldn’t get better serve anywhere else. I trust Limitless Garage! You will too!
This place is amazing great group of guys 👍🏻👍🏻
I have had great experiences with Limitless Garage. They provide excellent care, paid close attention to every detail, and will treat you fairly. It is not always easy to find a business you can truly trust, but their honesty and professionalism stood out. I would highly recommend Limitless Garage to anyone looking…
Top notch customer service.
I’ve been using Limitless Garage for a few years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single issue or complaint. From the very first phone call, they’ve always been friendly, upbeat, and professional. Even if you miss each other and don’t leave a voicemail, they’ll still return your call as soon as they can.…
Great service! Super easy to get what you need done, friendly and caring staff, amazing repair garage! If you’re new to the area and looking for a good car shop, this is the place!
Great place to have your vehicle serviced. The people are so nice and helpful and explain everything.
Recommended by neighbor, who’s used them, & came highly recommended. They found me a good comparative price on new tires., & an unusual rather expensive gel battery, compared to the dealer’s quote, (Subaru Outback). So subsequently I used for oil change & then had complementary tire rotation (included w/ the new…
Peter and staff doing an amazing job. They are friendly, caring, and attentive to detail. Customer service, response time is above and beyond. I’ve serviced my 2015 Nissan here ~ 5 times over the past few years from general maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) to fluid changes and brakes. They are very thorough and trustworthy.
Great service, fast, reliable
Veryhonest and. Professional
I had a great experience with Limitless Garage. My oil change, oil filter change, and tire rotation was completed efficiently and professionally. What stood out most was how thoroughly the condition of different parts of my vehicle was explained — not only what was working well, but also what may need attention down…
Service was fast and friendly
Their team had been extremely helpful and very informative throughout the entire process. Limitless Garage has taken on our fleet for future services. We appreciate our first experience!
I’ve been to way too many shops. Paid way too much for service. My family and I moved to Des Moines recently and I came across a shop that wasn’t popping up on Google search and they directly recommended Peter and Limitless Garage. When a shop is recommended by the owners previous boss, this speaks absolute…
I never write reviews but have to for this. Absolutely an amazing service!!! Came and picked my car up at work and dropped it off at the end of the day! 🥳 Great price for the service! And most of all, they were honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, which is huge these days in my experience! I will be a client for a long time!
Highly recommend taking your vehicle to these guys. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. No other place I’d rather go.
Because I have a plan to maintain my car (it’s over 100K) I am able to leverage the expertise of LG’s staff while managing my budget. There are no surprises. Quality work, I am spoke to respectfully and honestly every time I call. In a world where service can falter easily the LG Team makes it their priority!
Peter and his team are outstanding! They got my oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back, and will recommend this place to others.
I love that Limitless will come pick up my vehicle and drop it back off when they are finished. I can ask them to check things for me and they will tell me if I need to fix it or it is nothing to worry about.
We recently had one of our company vans serviced at Limitless Garage in Des Moines for an oil change, tire rotation, and full detail; and the results were fantastic. As a local business owner, keeping our fleet running and looking sharp is important, and their team absolutely delivered. The service was efficient,…
The team at Limitless garage are amazing. They have always worked with me to help me get the services I need and to fit it into my schedule and budget. Peter and Josh are great at communicating and giving you the absolute best service every single time and make you feel like the most important customer. The added…
To say the service was impeccable might under sell it. The details in the inspection and explanation to my problems was clear and simply explained, and then fixed very quickly. I can't recommend them enough.
Peter and the team at Limitless are very professional and trustworthy. We've used them for regular oil changes and for larger mechanical repairs (an unexplained oil leak, cars making funny sounds or shaking when exceeding a certain speed). They will do a very thorough inspection, give you a fair and reasonable…
Great people to work with.
Very versatile with auto repair needs. I go here for all my vehicle maintenance INCLUDING my Class C RV work. It's hard to find shops that have the space and willingness to work on RVs anywhere other than dealerships that overcharge.
