The staff at Limitless PT are all incredible. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful and my PT, Dr. Maddy was amazing. She was very knowledgeable in her treatment of my issues, always encouraging and helpful, a great advocate for me. And their facility was always clean and organized. I wholeheartedly recommend Limitless without any hesitation. If you have any physical therapy needs you will receive the best treatment possible there.

Maddy was exceptional in my recovery process! I really thought surgery was in my future. She understood the nature of my injury and therapeutic applications to get me beyond functional. As a result, I can do all the things I enjoy such as play competitive tennis, cycle in Gran Fondos, hike, kayak and fish. I suppose I can claim that my capabilities are "limitless." I'd also add to my review that the office staff were organized, efficient and kind. If you have a PT need, especially if you are athlete, look no further than Limitless Physical Therapy.
I am very impressed with Limitless PT and Bryn O’Leary was patient and kind. She was especially helpful in explaining my exercises. I appreciated the one on one personal attention and detail in making sure I was doing my exercises correctly and comfortably. Thank you Bryn! Also, the young ladies at the front desk being helpful and friendly!
I had the pleasure of working with Madi for my pre and post recovery of my ACL. She was very helpful and patient with me. Would really recommend her and her team
Bryn was my physical therapist when I went to Limitless and she was the absolute best! She always made sure I was taken care of and always wanted to know if an exercise felt relevant to me and my care. The rest of the staff were always welcoming and the office was very friendly! Would definitely recommend to someone looking for somewhere to go for physical therapy!
Jen is very knowledgeable, experienced and understands what it takes for her patients to be successful!
Jennifer Sann was my PT at Limitless, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism, her expertise, and her commitment to doing whatever was in her power to help me improve. She provided solid hands-on therapy for most of the sessions but then would also give me excellent exercises which I found helped dramatically over time with consistent practice. I had multiple issues including SI joint instability, severe hip pain, and neck and shoulder issues. I now, for a significant period of time, have been able to manage with minimal pain. Jenn is very approachable and listens well to her patient. I highly recommend her services!
In November of 2025 my partner and I were in a motor vehicle accident that left us both with concussions and other injuries. We were referred by a physician to Limitless PT to be treated for post concussion symptoms and our other injuries. Dr. Madalyn Williams,PT, DPT was our treating provider. We have both seen her for almost a year now and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Both her and her staff treated us with patience and respect throughout our entire treatment. She was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in the treatment she provided as well as the post treatment at home care information she gave. She was on our side all the way and never treated us as if we were too much. Navigating life with a concussion has not been easy. She took two broken people and helped them become better versions of themselves again. We are now able to move forward with life. If we hadn’t been placed in her care, I don’t see us having been cared for in the way that we really needed. We owe her the world and could not recommend a better doctor. 10/10 would recommend for any PT needs.
Emilia, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Your words mean a great deal to Maddy and our entire team. Recovering from a concussion and navigating everything that follows a motor vehicle accident can be an incredibly challenging journey. We are so grateful that you and your partner trusted Maddy and Limitless to be by your side throughout your recovery. What you described—feeling listened to, supported, respected, and cared for as individuals—is exactly the experience we strive to provide. We believe great physical therapy goes beyond treating an injury. It means understanding the person in front of us, meeting them where they are, and helping them regain the confidence and ability to move forward with their lives. We will absolutely make sure Maddy sees your kind words. Hearing that you both feel like better versions of yourselves again is incredibly meaningful and is why we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with your care and for such a thoughtful recommendation. We wish you both continued health, confidence, and a future without limits!
I had surgery on my right foot and was referred to Limitless Physical Therapy Green Acres more than a month ago so I could begin my recovery. At the time, I was transitioning from an insurance company they did not accept to another insurance company that they do accept. After receiving the referral, I explained that I had already changed insurance and was ready to start physical therapy. However, I was told that they needed to contact both insurance companies to “verify” the information. I waited one week and heard nothing, so I called. I was told they were still verifying my insurance. Three weeks went by, and I called again. I received the same response: they were still verifying. Last week, I decided to call the office every day because I was concerned about how much time had already passed since my surgery. After several days of calling, a customer service representative finally told me that I should find another physical therapy clinic because she did not know how long the insurance verification process would take. What was especially frustrating was how dismissive the response felt when I explained how this situation was affecting me. I was trying to recover from surgery and had been waiting for weeks because I believed my insurance was still being verified. In the end, I was simply told to find another clinic. I feel that I lost valuable time in my recovery because of this process. If there was a problem with my insurance or if the verification was going to take this long, I wish someone had communicated that with me much earlier instead of having me wait for weeks. This experience left me feeling like I was treated more like an insurance issue than a patient. Physical therapy after surgery is an important part of recovery, and patients should receive clear communication and timely assistance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to someone who is looking for a place where they feel listened to, supported, and cared for as a patient
Angelo, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and provide this feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our office left you feeling frustrated and, most importantly, that you did not feel listened to, supported, and cared for during an important time in your recovery. Our top priority is for every patient to feel that they are treated as an individual—not simply as a referral or an insurance issue. That means providing personalized care, listening to concerns, communicating clearly, and helping patients understand what to expect throughout the process. It is regretful that this was not your experience. While insurance changes and verification can sometimes create complexities outside of our immediate control, we recognize how important timely and proactive communication is, particularly when someone is trying to begin rehabilitation following surgery. Your feedback gives us an opportunity to look closely at our processes and communication to identify where we can improve and help prevent other patients from having a similar experience. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely appreciate the feedback and wish you the very best in your recovery.
Exceptional doesn't even begin to cover how absolutely amazing Maddy is! She is literally the best and genuinely cares about her patients and what she does. She went above and beyond for me and made my very painful and stressful situation something that was manageable and not so daunting. I used to hate going to PT, but finding Maddy has completely changed my outlook. I really can't say enough to express how grateful I am for her, for the work she does, and for who she is as a person. Maddy, thank you will never feel like enough!!!!!
Thank you so much for this incredibly kind review! We absolutely love hearing how much of a difference Maddy has made in your experience and your recovery. Painful and stressful situations can make recovery feel overwhelming, and having someone by your side who genuinely listens, cares, and helps make the path forward feel manageable can make all the difference. Maddy brings that combination of expertise, compassion, and commitment to her patients every day, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team. We especially love hearing that your experience with Maddy completely changed the way you feel about physical therapy! Thank you for trusting Maddy and Limitless with your care and for taking the time to recognize her in such a meaningful way. We’ll make sure she sees your wonderful words!
