Customers frequently praise Limitless Renovations for its clear communication, punctuality, and professional design assistance during bathroom and kitchen remodels. While many reviewers highlight the team's responsiveness and respectful work habits, lower-rated feedback notes occasional delays in project start dates and subpar material quality. Some clients also cited high pricing for specific repairs and slow responses from office staff, though the company generally maintains a strong reputation for completing renovations on schedule.

They did such a great job and were easy to work with from start to finish. Chuck, Kristy, and Emilio were our main contacts we worked with during the different stages of the project. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and we are so happy with how things turned out!

Kristy was super helpful and communicative in coordinating everything. Overall, everything ended up better than expected. We went over a little in the timeline, but that’s because we had to make some last-minute changes. But anytime we were told a timeframe, it was always accurate, the team was always available and consistent, and communication was always on point. 10/10 would recommend Limitless to everyone!

Dedra,
What a wonderful review to receive! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for the beautiful photos of your new bathroom. Hearing that the finished space turned out even better than you expected is exactly what we hope for with every renovation.
We especially loved reading your individual shout-outs to our team. Steve will be so happy to know that his warmth, knowledge, and availability helped get your project off to such a positive start. Armando and his team take tremendous pride in their craftsmanship, and we know they will appreciate hearing how much you love the finished result. Kristy does work very hard behind the scenes coordinating all the moving pieces of a renovation, so your recognition of her communication and helpfulness will mean more to her than you probably realize.
And then there is Manny…we had to smile at “everyone needs a sweet Manny in their lives.” We could not agree more! Manny has been part of the Limitless family for many years, and in addition to being wonderful at what he does, he truly is one of the kindest and caring people you could ever meet. We love that you got to experience exactly what makes him so special.
Thank you for trusting Limitless Renovations to create the bathroom of your dreams and for the amazing 10/10 recommendation. We hope you enjoy your beautiful new space for many years to come!
Warmly, Team Limitless

Mimi Loughlin2 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Mimi has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
About 3 years ago, LR converted my mother's bathroom from a porcelain tub plus pedestal sink bathroom into a walk-in, stepless shower with a bench, glass doors, and a cabinet vanity with an undermount sink. No change in floors or toilet. They did the job - but it was the bare minimum necessary - and where they could have skimped, they skimped. It's hard to anticipate every single detail even in a small bathroom - but there were things that they did not ask me about, I did not think about, and ultimately are mediocre. For example, the vanity chosen looked like what I asked for, but the paint started peeling within the first two years; the sink basin is small and shallow and I know my mother would've preferred something larger and/or deeper. On the side of the shower, where the tub was taken out, the tile is chipped and there was no talk about repairing that, or possibly having to retile the floor. And keep in mind, I paid beyond top dollar for this tiny bathroom - I wanted the best for my mom, and I thought I was paying for it, but ultimately I did not get it. I'm doing more work on this house and possibly building or extensively renovating a new one, and I am not calling LR. In my attempt to search for builders, I came across their listing again and I thought that I should leave an honest review so that those searching can have more information. I feel like they sent a sub-par crew to me; the PM never graced us with their presence; and they took a lot of my money without giving me the appropriate finished product in the end. I learned my lesson - if you want quality work, you must not only pay for it, you must oversee it yourself, educate yourself, make sure to communicate assertively but respectfully, have good rapport, and use your common sense. One thing I noticed that should have been a cautionary flag to me - the owners of this company are not featured anywhere on their website, which means it's more of an anonymous corporate outfit and not one that people feel personally responsible for.
Update – September 25, 2026
- I’m adding a star…
the owner of Limitless Renovations did come out to my home and extend the courtesy of talking about my experience. They were very sincere and respectful. Overall, it was a positive experience, although I still think overpriced.
In general, though I would just caution people to do their research on what things cost and make sure that you and the company are on the same page in terms of what you’re expecting. If you do go with Limitless for a bathroom job, make sure you determine whether your PM is onsite or remote and build a rapport with them as well as your crew. Communication is always key. Best of luck to all!

Mimi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your lasting impression of your mother’s bathroom renovation was not the experience you had hoped for.
Reading your review was difficult for our team because it was the first indication that your lasting impression of the project was so different from what we understood it to be at the time. We have carefully reviewed our project documentation and records because we take every review seriously and we were genuinely surprised to learn how you felt. Our greatest disappointment, next to learning that you were unhappy, is that we were unaware you were unhappy and therefore never had the opportunity to earn back your confidence. Had we known you were dissatisfied with any aspect of the finished project, we would have welcomed the opportunity to inspect the items you mentioned and work toward a resolution. Standing behind our work has always been an important part of who we are.
The final scope of work, including the vanity and sink configuration, were thoughtfully designed to work within the existing footprint of the bathroom while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and the vision for the finished space. We are disappointed to hear that some of those choices and details did not meet your long-term expectations and we genuinely wish we had been given the opportunity to discuss them with you.
One part of your review that truly caught our attention was your impression that Limitless Renovations is an anonymous company. We were genuinely surprised to read that because it simply does not reflect who we are. As owners, we are actively involved in the company every day and our entire team takes every customer’s experience personally. Our reputation has been built over more than twenty years by caring for our customers, standing behind our work and doing our very best to make things right whenever concerns arise.
Although several years have passed since your renovation, our door remains open. If you are willing, we would still welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns, inspect the items you referenced, and determine whether there is anything we can do to help.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and wish you and your mother all the best. ~ Monica & Lance

Our installer Maxie was fantastic. He communicated with us throughout the job, took pictures daily, displayed a high degree of professionalism, care for our home (& dogs!), & took a lot of pride in the quality of his workmanship. Maxie also completed the project much quicker than anticipated which was a bonus!

Tracy,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Knowing that you came to us after such a unfortunate experience with a previous contractor makes your kind words especially meaningful.
One of our greatest goals is to give our customers confidence throughout the renovation process, and we are so happy to hear that our team’s communication, organization, and attention to detail helped restore that trust.
Thank you for recognizing Maxie. We could not agree more—his professionalism, pride in his craftsmanship, communication, and genuine care for both our customers and their homes are exactly what we hope every client experiences. We will be sure he sees your wonderful comments. We also had to smile when we read that he won over your dogs along the way - that is equally important!
It was truly our pleasure to help create a bathroom you can enjoy with confidence, and we sincerely appreciate you choosing Limitless Renovations. Thank you again for your recommendation and for trusting us with your home.

Limitless Renovations remodeled our master bathroom about three years ago. They did a great job and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. Several months ago we noticed some small cracks in three of the 12 x 24 inch shower tiles. We contacted Limitless and they responded quickly. We had several tiles left over from the original job and I expected that they would replace the damaged ones. However, they were concerned that the backing between the tiles and the wallboard might be defective, so they replaced the entire shower-all of the 12 x 24” tiles, the bench and shelf tiles, the floor tiles and the pan. No hesitation, no runaround, just a genuine concern that the job was done right. You never really know how good a company is until you have a problem. You can depend on these folks to go the extra mile.

We just finished our second bathroom renovation in Virginia Highlands with Limitless Renovations and had our second absolutely wonderful experience and beautifully finished space. Everything from start to finish was smooth and easy. We reached out and scheduled our initial consultation in a timely manner. Tanya came out to map out and design our space. We worked with Tanya on our first project many years ago. She really helped bring our vision to life and pull the design together with all details. Simon was the team member who did the majority of the work on our bathroom. He was there day in and day out for several weeks and did the demo, plumbing, tile work and install of everything except for the shower glass. Simon is an absolute gem and an asset to the company. He was reliable, hard working and an expert craftsman. He did a fabulous job putting our bathroom together. Manny was our painter who was also a pleasure to work with. The shower glass folks also did a great job making and installing the glass for our shower. We couldn’t have asked for better workers in our home who we trusted. We are, again, very satisfied customers with Limitless and will not hesitate to use them again for future projects. A very big THANK YOU to the Limitless Renovations team!
Taylor, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a nice review. Having the opportunity to work with you again on a second bathroom renovation truly means so much to us. There is no greater compliment than a returning client who places their trust in us once again.
We especially appreciate your kind words about Tonya, Simon, and Manny. Tonya has such a gift for helping clients bring their vision to life, and Simon and Manny take tremendous pride in the craftsmanship and care they bring into each home every day. We shared your review with them too.
One of the things we value most at Limitless Renovations is creating not only beautiful finished spaces, but also an experience where our clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout the process. Knowing you felt that way means everything to us.
Thank you again for trusting us with your home. We appreciate your continued support and we hope to work with you again, it would be an honor.

Edited in June '26:
Limitless followed up after I wrote my review. They apologized for not getting back to us. From there, they took the lead on contacting the LVT manufacturer and starting a warranty claim with them. The process took a while through no fault of Limitless. The manufacturer was a pain to deal with and needed a never ending amount of information to process the claim. The manufacturer finally credited Limitless, which allowed us to do extensive research into various flooring options. We picked flooring that had great reviews and seemed more durable. Only time will tell, of course, but I feel better about our choice after doing our due diligence. Limitless came out, ripped up our old floors and installed our brand new floors. It looks fantastic! I really appreciate them stepping up and correcting the issue.
Original:
We did a large project with Limitless where the entire footprint of our downstairs space was changed. We took what was a small kitchen and huge sunroom and made it into an expansive kitchen. We also renovated a bathroom. The project took over six months to fully complete, and we were, for the most part, satisfied with the process and end result.
We had originally wanted tile floors in our kitchen, but Limitless insisted that LVT was the way to go. They said the LVT would be significantly more durable at a fraction of the cost. They're the experts, so we decided to put in LVT.
Our issues didn't begin until after completion. Within months, the LVT began popping up. We figured it was a one-off, so we had them repair the floors since we were under warranty. It then happened again in a new spot which they fixed. Here we are now - 6 months outside of our warranty period - and just 3.5 years since completing our massive, expensive project, and our floors have popped up and cracked all over our kitchen.
I reached out to Limitless to find out if they could repair it. I understood there would be an associated cost even though this was an issue from almost day one. Kristy said she'd look into it. Several weeks went by. I followed up. Nothing. And then I followed up again. Crickets.
I called out a flooring company to see if they could make the necessary repairs. They told us that Limitless put in extremely poor quality LVT and that we'd continue to have this problem. Our only choice is to rip out the LVT and put in new flooring. After spending a large sum on the original contract with Limitless, finding out we'd need all new floors after 3 years that will cost thousands is unbelievably disappointing.
I went ahead and did a Google search of the LVT that was installed. I probably should have done that 3 years ago, but Limitless makes you choose all your install items during their initial visit. Also, I had incorrectly assumed that all their install products are high quality. The reviews I found of this LVT from flooring stores and home improvement retailers are terrible. There are warnings everywhere of just how cheap it is. Every review mentions a problem with the floors popping up and cracking.
We had plans to renovate our master bath, but we'll now need to hold off since we have to pay for all new floors in our brand new kitchen. When it comes time to redo our master bath, we will not be choosing Limitless.

We are genuinely sorry for the frustration you have encountered and most importantly, for the delay in communication. That is certainly not reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to here at Limitless Renovations.
While we were unaware of your concerns until your review was posted, we take full ownership of the lapse in follow-up. The ball was dropped, and we regret that it left you feeling unheard. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with you to resolve the issue.
Please know, Limitless does not walk away from our work—during a project, within warranty, or beyond. We remain committed to standing behind our projects and to helping our customers navigate any challenges that may arise, even years later. If things go wrong, we believe in making them right.
Our hope is that the steps we are taking now reflect the integrity and dedication we strive for in every renovation.
Sincerely, the team here at Limitless Renovations

I wanted my master bath shower renovated from builder grade acrylic to tile and add a shower door. I reached out to a couple places and met with limitless first, chuck was such a sweet heart, very patient and helped me thru the first phase. He alone is the reason I decided to enter contract with limitless. The process was loooooong. I signed contracts in Feb and they didn’t get started on the Reno until April. The guys that came to demo and tile the bathroom were nice and the tile work is beautiful, However they used my bathroom ( which is fine) but didn’t clean up after themselves. I came home and there was blood on my wall and poop stains all in my toilet. I was very annoyed and when I brought it to the project manager (Kristi) attention, it was just brushed off as “they are men.” I let it go. Deep cleaned the bathroom and moved on. Once the tile work was completed, someone had to come out and measure, I guess for the shower door, shower door took 4-6 weeks to come in. The glass guys came to install once the door was ready, took them over 6 hrs to install, they left my bathroom filthy ( red dust EVERYWHERE) didn’t bother to sweep or clean up ( I had tv guys come mount my tv and they dusted and vacuumed up after their work, which is what people do when they respect your house). Red dust was all on my new carpets, I had to get them cleaned two days later, again I let it go I was happy the process was over. Same night after shower door install, I noticed my shower door wouldn’t stay closed and was a gap on both ends. I contacted the project manager (Kristi) and let her know something wasn’t right. She stated to send pictures, I sent pictures a day later. A week goes by no response, reach out again she stated she’s waiting to hear back from the glass installers, finally get a text back stating that my shower door is “off square” and they thought they can make it work but they will reorder the correct door and call to have it swapped out which I guess will take another 4-6 weeks. I’m just EXTREMELY annoyed, I totally understand mistakes happen, measurements can be tricky but they KNEW it wasn’t right before they left and they said nothing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words about Chuck and the tile craftsmanship, and we are grateful that there were parts of the renovation you were pleased with.
We are very sorry, however, that other parts of the experience left you feeling frustrated and disappointed. That is never how we want a customer to feel at the end of a project.
Our Senior Project Manager, Kristy, has reached out so we can talk through your concerns directly and make sure the remaining shower glass issue is fully resolved. We understand that custom glass and field conditions can sometimes create challenges, but communication around those challenges is just as important as the final installation itself.
We also appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address your concerns, including the cleaning-related issues you mentioned. Respect for our customers’ homes is extremely important to us, and we want to do the right thing where your experience fell short.
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to continue working with you toward a proper resolution. We genuinely want you to be happy with your newly completed shower.
