Customers frequently praise the shop for quick service, friendly staff, and affordable pricing on new tires, rotations, and alignments. However, low-star reviews highlight significant issues with used tire pricing, inconsistent inventory availability, and post-service defects such as leaking tires or failed alignments. Some reviewers also noted that the business closed before its advertised hours, leaving customers stranded.
