Ulices was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Got the drain blockage cleared and cleaned up afterwards. 5-star service This recent service involves an intermittent leak in the waste line concealed within an exterior wall. JR Morales used a camera to inspect the vertical run from the ground floor to the third floor. No smoking gun yet but we have a plan. I’m pleased with the diagnostic work so far and will post updates in the future. Update: 05/06/26. (New water heater) Another successful project completed in a timely manner at a very fair cost to us. Nine year old water heater in the attic of our three story home has been replaced. We will sleep soundly now. Thank you! Update: 09/09/26 Terrance fixed our slow draining sink in the third floor guest bathroom. I learned that the a/c condensate line dumps water into the sink’s drain pipe ahead of the p-trap. That sink doesn’t get used often and an algae growth in the p-trap clogged the drainage. Problem remedied thanks to Terrance! Well done.
