Omg - I had my first hair appointment with Christina today, and I am literally speechless!! I was a bit nervous, as I previously had a rough experience with a former stylist. Needless to say: Christina, *quite literally*, transformed my hair and I am over the moon with the results!! It’s absolutely perfect!! From the minute I walked in, everyone was so kind and helpful. Christina is such a sweetheart, and she made me feel completely at ease with her consistent communication throughout the process. She is incredibly talented in her profession and her attention to detail / dedication to client satisfaction is top-notch. Also, her assistant is so kind as well, she was lovely!! I can’t wait to visit Lino Salon again, highly recommend!! Thank you soooo much, Lino team!! ☺️🥰💛

I think they delete the reviews that are below 5 stars here so be warned. I had a really bad experience here. I have a rather unique hairstyle so I wanted to go somewhere that could do it right. I thought Lino was that place. The person who I had been booked with to cut my hair told me she wasn't confident she could do it because she didn't work with shorter hair (shoulder length is too short for her?). I appreciate her honesty in hindsight, because they called over a different stylist to do my hair instead. I waited around 15-20 minutes for them to have time to do mine, but because I wasn't originally their client it felt rushed. I was passed between 3 different people while I was there and felt like none of them were really attentive, the stylists had a very "superficial" politeness. The person who I was told could do short hair, I realized about halfway through, had 1) never worked with this kind of hairstyle and 2) did not have a lot of experience working with my hair type either (its very very thick). I wish they had been more honest instead of pushing forward, or checked in with me at each step. Instead they made the "beginners mistake" with the haircut I have, which is doing a blunt bob on top of long hair underneath. If it isnt what you are going for it looks Really Bad. I had been growing out my hair for 2 years for this, and they cut the "bob" part so blunt and short that there was no way to salvage the layers to make it blend into the longer hair underneath. They would have had to cut into the long hair to stagger it and make the short bob even shorter. Because of the atmosphere of being passed around and rushed, I didn't feel welcome to speak up about what was being cut and they didn't check in with me as they cut it even though they didn't know what they were doing... At the end, I was charged over 80 dollars (before tip) instead of the 65 I was originally quoted when I booked with Lino. [Edit: I just paid it without challenging them on the price because I was really upset and just wanted to leave, and I was already crying by the time I got back in my car.] The last thing I want to comment on is not something that bothers me exactly, Im not a clean-freak, but something I was surprised by- a lot of times salons will clean things in between clients for hygiene, but I saw someone sweep up hair and then put a clip that fell on the ground back on the table. And the "shoulder weight" that was around my shoulders, the stylist who was originally supposed to cut my hair took it off me (i was still in the middle of my haircut) when her next client came in and put it on her client. 😭 There were also none of those jars full of cleaning solution with combs/scissors in them anywhere in the salon that you would normally see. Overall cannot in good faith recommend them. Probably good for color, but not a salon to get your hair cut at.

Lino is an excellent stylist! He cut my hair exactly how I asked and it looks amazing, especially since it has been getting thinner over the past few years.

I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my hair the first time I came to the salon, and it wasn’t an issue of the hairdressers I just didn’t like the outcome of the color to my skin and the salon owner and hairdresser brought me back in and fixed me with no issues or judgment, they are genuinely nice people give them a try please you won’t regret it. I’ll be back in the future for sure. Very down to earth owner

Incredible l ! My hair was SAD and my stylist was quick skillful & personable . The blowout looked so good someone thought I was wearing a wig 😁 Even the shampoo recommendation is the best. Thank you so much and I will absolutely be back in the future

Love this salon so much, Christina truly made my inspo come to real life. i’ve been to her a few times and i always love my hair. Everybody at the salon is welcoming and super kind. Definitely will come in the future!

If you’re looking for hair color you have to go to Hannah! She is incredible she knows her colors and how to get the perfect hair color for you. I went to her with 5 different colors in my hair and when she was finished with my hair it looked beautiful!! Seriously she’s a genius!
