It wasn’t a fast process - the speakers that ListenUp recommended and that I wanted were on back order for a while - and it’s not inexpensive, but in the arena of A/V systems you definitely get what you pay for. ListenUp was professional, they listened carefully to what I wanted, they came out to see the space and what I wanted done, they made really sensible suggestions, and they kept me informed about dates. I would absolutely go back to them for any further A/V needs - they were excellent.

Very knowledgeable and .helpful personnel. They offer really good equipment and can custom design a system to meet any requirements. I would highly recommend them. They came to my house and quickly fixed a problem I was having with equipment that I purchased before I called Listen Up. I will certainly go back to them for anything else I need.

If you call this store, ask for Hiram. He was really helpful and friendly over the phone. The store didn’t have what I was looking for, but he still took the time to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I really appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to hang up right away. Wasn't what was listed in the google search engine. Im sure as a home sound system thet are awesome. But I was looking for DJ supplies and equipment.

I can't say enough for Scott and the team at Listen Up. I was in the market for a new set to replace my Klipsch Forte VIs. Scott and I chatted for a bit on what I wanted that was different from the Klipsch. I wanted a speaker that was fuller, more architecture in appearance, and of course an outstanding sound speaker. Scott suggested the Sonus faber Olympica Nova III. One listen and my jaw dropped! 😳 We then listen to the same track on the Klipsch. Within two notes I knew, the SFs are the way to go. Delivery was easy. The speakers arrived a week later right on time. I grew up in Denver and Listen Up was the place to go. As a teenager I was slack jawed at the gear. Far forward 40 years and I'm slack jawed that the gear. Thank you Listen Up for the wonderful experience, I'll be back.
