LDA is an incredible place to have take care of your most valuable thing, your babies! We have now had four kids in this facility, all with different personalities, strengths and challenges! Little Dreamers meets children right where they are instead of a herd mentality like you better figure it out we are moving along, as I’ve seen in other facilities here in town. LDA not only understands your child’s needs but also makes sure there is clear communication all the time, resolves issues quickly and makes sure all parties involved from front office to teacher to admin team to parent, are on the same page. One of my twins is a very picky eater and I was scared he wouldn’t eat but told them to please just let me know how he does as detailed as they could despite being so busy. I wanted to know if he even touched a pee, haha. They have been so detailed and it has helped us so much at home. We have an 11,12&13 year old, two 5 year olds and two 3 year olds. The older ones did not go here and I was amazed by week two of my 5 year olds starting here at age 2, they didn’t give up when they couldn’t do something. They simply tried a new approach. As the years went on, LDA taught them how to resolve problems, handle conflict, and be their best selves. They are very independent and confident. They also just started kindergarten and as a parent I have received messages from both teachers about their vast knowledge. One of them even learned Spanish from Miss Rocio at LDA. Now our 3s are there and the difference we already see in them is incredible. They are learning patience and also play together so well now, also independently where before they did not. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and it’s teachers and admin. They will not sugarcoat anything when relaying information and let you know from the beginning how the facility runs, they will also not caudile your child. They give extra loving when needed, but they also show the kids how (in the real world) we behave. They are creating leaders. They show the kids how their voice matters, but also check them when they need it. I have some bold kids, and this facility is the perfect place for them. It is terrifying leaving your kids anywhere nowadays but we fought so hard to be able to get our second round of babies through these doors. I’ve lived here my whole life and word spreads. May good word spread about places like this.

There are some reviews that make you smile, and then there are reviews that make you stop, read them again, and remember exactly why you do what you do. This is one of those reviews. 💙
Thank you, truly, for taking the time to share your family’s experience with Little Dreamers Academy. Having four of your children come through our doors over the years is something we do not take lightly. The fact that you trusted us the first time means so much, but knowing that you fought to get your second round of babies through our doors is a level of trust that is difficult to put into words.
We also laughed at wanting to know if he “even touched a pea” 😂 because those little details really DO matter! To someone else, it may just be whether a child ate lunch that day. To a parent who knows their child and has been worried about whether they will eat, it matters tremendously. If giving you those details helped you better support him at home, then those details were worth giving.
What touched us most, though, was reading about the growth you have seen in your children over the years. Hearing that your 5-year-olds entered kindergarten confident and independent, that their teachers are already recognizing their knowledge, and that one carried Spanish learned from Ms. Rocio right along with them into elementary school makes us incredibly proud. And now, getting to watch your 3-year-olds begin their own transformation is something very special.
You described something that is at the core of what we believe at LDA: children do not all need the same thing simply because they are the same age. They come to us with different personalities, strengths, challenges, voices, and ways of learning. Our responsibility is to meet them where they are, figure out what helps that child grow, and sometimes change our approach until we find what works.
And yes, we love our babies fiercely, but we are also preparing them for a world beyond our doors. 💙 We want them to know that their voices matter, that they can work through conflict, that they can try again when something is difficult, that there are boundaries and expectations, and that being corrected never changes the fact that they are loved. We are creating leaders, and reading that you can see those qualities in your children years later is one of the greatest compliments you could give our teachers and administrative team.
Thank you for also recognizing the importance we place on honest communication. We may not always have perfect days, because children, teachers, parents, and administrators are all human. But families deserve honesty, communication, accountability, and a team willing to address concerns and work together when something needs attention.
Finally, what you said about how terrifying it can feel to leave your children in someone else’s care nowadays stayed with us. We understand what parents are placing in our hands every morning. As you so perfectly said, your babies are your most valuable thing. Thank you for trusting us with yours, not once, but again and again.
Your family has been part of the LDA story for years, and we are incredibly grateful that you shared a little of that story here for other families to read.
From all of us at Little Dreamers Academy, thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and allowing us to love, teach, challenge, and cheer for your babies along the way. 💙

I can't say enough great things about Little Dreamers Academy!! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a welcoming, caring, and professional team. Ms. Alvie and Ms. Ursula are truly exceptional administrators who go above and beyond to make every family feel valued and supported. They are always approachable, compassionate, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for both students and parents.
The staff are absolutely amazing, they are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each child's success and well-being. Their dedication, kindness, and encouragement create a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence every day.
It's clear that everyone here is passionate about what they do, and that commitment shines through in everything they do. A special thank you to Ms. Alvie, Ms. Ursula, Ms. Christine, Ms. Bee and Ms. Lindsey and the entire staff for making this such a wonderful place for my children and other families. LDA is a great establishment with a great team behind them. The team is very focused on making sure your child succeeds but also doesn't sugarcoat. If an issue occurs they are quick to inform the parents. They are attentive to all the children needs.

One thing we value deeply at LDA is having honest, open communication with our families. We believe celebrating a child’s successes is just as important as working together through any challenges that may arise. Our goal is always to make sure every child feels supported, cared for, and encouraged to grow.
Thank you for trusting our team to be a part of your child’s journey. It means more to us than you know! 💫

My child has attended Little Dreamer’s Academy since 2023, and until recently, we had very few issues. However, over the past 2–3 weeks, (possibly longer) my three‑year‑old son began exhibiting some challenging behaviors. During the week of February 23, I was unexpectedly asked to pick him up without any prior warning or indication that continued issues might result in suspension. I even asked at that time whether we needed to put a plan in place, but I was told by Alvie that we could “try again tomorrow.”
I brought him back the following day, but he continued to struggle. On Thursday of the same week, I informed staff that he had a difficult morning and asked them to contact me around lunchtime if needed, which they did. However, this time I was told that he was suspended until Monday based on their policy regarding challenging behavior.
While I understand that the school acted within its written policies, my concern is that no plan or support was offered to help address my son’s behavior. Given our long-standing relationship since 2023, I expected a greater level of communication, compassion, and partnership in navigating this situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported, and as a result, I ultimately chose to withdraw my child from the program.
I am not sharing this to place blame or to portray the Academy negatively. Rather, I hope it may serve as constructive feedback. A proactive plan or additional support could make a meaningful difference for future families facing similar challenges. No one reached out to ask why we were leaving or to gather insight that could help improve their approach going forward.
I simply wanted to share my experience in hopes that it may lead to better support for other parents and children in the future. Thanks to Marina, Christine, Roni, and Ms. Bee who always displayed kind and pleasant energy.

We are truly saddened to read this review.
Your son has been a part of our Little Dreamers family since 2023, and during that time we have consistently worked to support him and your family. To suggest that there was no communication, no effort, or no partnership is simply not an accurate reflection of the situation.
Over the course of several months, staff and administration addressed repeated incidents involving choking, hitting, scratching, pushing, and aggressive behavior toward both classmates and teachers. The safety of all children in our care — as well as the safety of our teachers — is and will always be our highest priority. When any child is being harmed, we are obligated to act. We would do the same if another child were repeatedly choking or striking your son. In fact, we know any parent would expect us to.
We communicated concerns regularly. You were contacted multiple times. You came in personally and observed the behavior without your child knowing you were present. You were also shown video documentation. At that time, you acknowledged the severity of what was happening.
In an effort to support him, we adjusted classroom placement to see if a different environment would help. Our Director worked directly with him and the staff. We did not immediately move to suspension — we worked through ongoing incidents for an extended period of time before reaching that step. The suspension referenced was a result of continued aggressive behavior that posed a risk to other children and staff, not a sudden or isolated event.
We understand that this was a difficult season. However, framing this situation as though there was no compassion, no communication, and no support does not reflect the months of effort that were made.
Little Dreamers Academy has a responsibility to every family enrolled. When a child’s behavior becomes physically harmful to others, we cannot ignore it. Our policies exist to protect children — including yours — and to protect the teachers who care for them each day.
We wish your family the best and sincerely hope your son receives the support he needs during this time. Our commitment remains the same: to provide a safe, nurturing environment for every child in our care.

We really loved our time here! My younger son started when he turned 2 and stayed for about a year and a half. His teachers were nice, patient, and caring. My older son, who is autistic, also attended for a short time before starting school, and the teachers worked well with him. Thankful for the love and support both of my boys received.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We loved having both of your boys with us here at Little Dreamers Academy and are so glad to know you felt supported and cared for. Watching them grow and learn was such a joy. We wish your family all the best! 💛
Director Alvie White has horrible demeanor and attitude. Not open to answering questions nor clarifying anything. I definitely understand why the assistant gave the tour because my son would have never attended had I of encountered this from the beginning. If no stars was an option.. it would be my selection. Try at your own risk…

Ms. Bennett,
Your review does not accurately reflect the events that occurred. At Little Dreamers Academy, we handle all families and concerns with professionalism, fairness, and respect. While we welcome open communication, we cannot and will not tolerate hostility, bullying, or disrespect directed toward our staff or directors. Such behavior disrupts the respectful atmosphere we maintain for our children, families, and employees.
We take pride in being a well-respected childcare center in our community, known for providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children thrive. Our tuition rates are more than fair for the level of care and education provided, and many families value the excellence and affordability we deliver daily.
While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we stand firmly by our standards and our team. We remain committed to protecting the positive environment that so many families trust and appreciate. We wish you and your child the very best moving forward.

Little Dreamers Academy has been such a wonderful place for our family! My son absolutely loves going—he actually looks forward to daycare every morning, which says a lot. The teachers and staff are so kind and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about the kids. They do a great job balancing fun activities with learning, and I’ve noticed my son growing so much in both confidence and skills since starting here.
It’s such a relief as a parent to know he’s happy, safe, and excited to be there. We’re really grateful for the positive and nurturing environment at Little Dreamers Academy.
!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

💖 Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re overjoyed to hear that your son loves coming to Little Dreamers Academy each day—that truly means the world to us. Our teachers and staff pour their hearts into creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence, skills, and joy. Knowing that you see and appreciate the balance of learning and play we strive for is such a gift. We’re so grateful to have your family as part of our Little Dreamers family, and we look forward to continuing this wonderful journey together!
Spoke to someone last week about cost and enrolling my children (moving from out of state), I was told they offer military discount , also informed them of my autistic child and was told I’d receive a call back (never happened) set up a tour for 6/17 because that’s the only way to get put on the waitlist. During the tour I asked for pricing with discount and was told they don’t offer it, asked if the teacher are equipped to handle a child with extra needs and was told that they couldn’t tell me if they can accommodate until after enrolled which is when I was informed that there would also be a 2 week deposit required at time of enrollment which is applied to the LAST two weeks of care. And if I changed my mind or had to change my child due to special needs the entire deposit would be forfeited.

Thank you for taking the time to visit and tour our center. We’re genuinely sorry to hear your interpretation of the visit, as it does not align with the information that was clearly and kindly provided during our conversation.
To clarify:
✅ While we do not have teachers with specialized certifications in special needs education, we absolutely welcome children with special needs. In fact, during your tour, you were informed that we currently have children with special needs in classrooms who are thriving. As explained, our approach is always child-focused—we assess every child’s adjustment once they begin, which applies to all children, not just those with additional needs.
✅ Regarding discounts: you were informed that we do not offer a military discount directly, but we do accept families through the Child Care Aware of America program, which many military families qualify for. We also explained our 5% sibling discount, which is our only direct tuition discount.
✅ Our two-week deposit policy was explained in detail during your tour. It is applied toward the last two weeks of care, not the first. You were also informed that if you choose to hold a spot and then decide not to enroll, the deposit would be forfeited—something you acknowledged understanding at the time.
We always strive to be upfront and transparent with every family, and it’s disappointing to see this misrepresented publicly after a respectful in-person discussion. We wish you the best in finding a program that suits your family’s needs.
Couldn't recommend this facility enough!
My daughter was here since she was 2 just graduated Pre-K with them loved the entire time she was with them. The updates and pictures kept me comfortable during my work day and communication from teachers. Ms Ursula and Ms Marina are amazing ladies

Thank you so much for sharing such kind words! 💛 Having Nevaeh with us since she was just 2 years old has been such a blessing — watching her grow into the amazing little graduate she is today has truly been a joy. We’ll miss her big smile and sweet spirit in our halls! Your constant support, kindness, and thoughtfulness toward our staff (and the way you spoiled us with goodies!) never went unnoticed. Ms. Ursula, Ms. Marina, and the entire Little Dreamers family are so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. We wish Nevaeh the brightest future in Kindergarten — she’s going to shine! 🌟
