We've always had a really great time at Little Ember's events, the staff are always friendly and fun to talk to, Saunas are always hot and the ice baths are very fun to participate in after a session. Would recommend going to their Lake Ceder pop up so you can jump in the lake after getting out of the sauna!
This is such a wonderful experience! I hit the Cedar Lake location after SUP-ing and/or cold plunging… just perfect. The saunas are super nice and the vibe is relaxed and lovely. Thank you!
I rented out the saunas for the private experience on Cedar Lake for a group of 6 friends and it was a perfect experience, even on a blustery and chilly day. Mark was super helpful in the booking process and the facilities were clean and very well maintained. Couldn't recommend this more!

The best part of last winter was getting to sauna and swim at Cedar lake. 2 beautiful, clean saunas with plenty of water, wood and essential oils. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. I have gone solo several times and always end up making friends with the other folks in the sauna. Very social!

Little Ember offers one of the best sauna experiences in town. Two sauna options for two different sauna experiences. Access to dipping in Cedar Lake. A fire pit and great hang out area outside. The sauna hosts are incredible. The sauna is clean. The temperature is hot. Go sauna at Little Ember. Your body and soul and self will thank you.

I have utilized the Little Ember Sauna co a handful of times now and I must say it is always a lovely experience. Their location at the West Point beach at Cedar Lake is excellent for enjoying a cold plunge followed by a nice toasty sauna. Mark comes to oversee operations and the staff employed to run the sauna sessions are knowledgeable and fun. They keep the fires and conversations toasty. Thanks for offering a great service!

This is the best thing ever. Right be several spots to easily plunge in Cedar Lake, the 2 Saunas are just gorgeous. The fires are fed and stoked by their attendant, and you have a variety of essential oils to choose from, creating a truly Zen and Spa-like experience. There is a changing area should you need it. We have found the other guests to be the perfect combination of social and laid back making the entire experience just a delight. I recommend the 4 pack because they are there through December and you will want to go back!
