Tasha kept us informed during the entire process. If she needed additional info, she was quick to get with us so that we could provide it to her.
We were recommended Livens and Reed by a friend. They are almost 3 hours away but we made the trip anyway. It was well worth it. When it comes to taking care of my mom it seems like everything that is supposed to help her (the VA, Medicare ect) is working against you. It's a terrible feeling. Thankfully Nicole knows exactly what needs to be done! From paper work to standing up to nursing homes trying to take advantage we didnt have to worry about it. Once she took over a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders! Nicole and her team never missed a phone call or meeting. They were easy to get ahold of every time we needed them. I cant recommend them enough!!!

I love referring our families to this company. Joy is the absolute best. She is quick to respond, and she helps answers all questions/concerns that the families may have. The Medicaid process can seem overwhelming, but Joy helps make the process for applying and being approved for Medicaid easy! She is professional and has great customer service. I will continue to recommend this company to those in need because of the great job they do!
