Liz and her team were absolutely fantastic! Our model request was for a business where critical steps and procedures for executing projects do not happen onsite (or quickly!). Over the course of 6+ months, Liz was incredibly patient given the circumstances. She consistently followed up to be sure nothing fell through the cracks. When we were finally able to move forward with the installation... we experienced great communication, incredible attention to detail, matching expectations upon completion, and then again great follow up. It was the perfect combination of professionalism with the personal touches needed to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!
