The actual service was great. However the technician arrived almost 2 hours late from the 10:00-2:00 scheduled time with no call from the office. Had to waste the whole day

I guess it’s hard to find someone to repair an older furnace but 286.00 just for diagnostics. The two parts needed for the job are on HVAC direct for a total of 630.00. The service man wanted 2,700.00 for the job. That means 1,700 for labor for an hour and a half job. I was never given a written estimate with line by line how the charge got to 2,700.00. When I told the serviceman the parts were much lower than he was probably going to charge me he got angry, I paid 286.00 to learn a lesson.
