I asked LL Paving & Driveway to look at a drive I thought was beyond saving. A few soft patches were lifted out and replaced properly and the rest was left alone. It cost a fraction of a full replacement and has held up fine. Honest advice when they could have sold me the lot.
Old drive out, new drive in. seven days between the first dig and driving on it, and they warned me about the middle part where nothing seems to happen. stone went down and then sat there settling, and apparently that is the point. the edges are the bit i would have overlooked entirely. a concrete edge went in down the lawn side so the blacktop has something to push against. the levels were set with pegs and a line and checked again before laying. the blacktop came out smooth and the join to the sidewalk is neat. they kept the road clear and swept it every evening. nothing was left for anybody to complain about.
My driveway needed doing and Ll Paving & Driveway gave me a single price that covered everything rather than a number that grew later. That's the whole review Really they do it it's good and the invoice matched the quote exactly no games at any point.
Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
Paving companies are a minefield and I've been caught before by one that took a deposit and vanished. so I was careful this time. i asked for references and then actually called them. every single reference said the same thing, that the job matched the quote and the crew were fine to have around. that's exactly how it went for us too. they came on the promised day, the job ran to the hours quoted, and nobody raised extras at the end of it. the driveway is smooth, water runs off it properly and nothing is crumbling at the sides already like the last one did. LL Paving & Driveway earned the recommendation.
We really appreciate your positive review and your continued support.
Flattest driveway on the street now, and that is coming from somebody who used to have the worst one. It had been patched around four times by previous owners and every patch was a different height. Walking up it in the dark was a genuine hazard. They took the whole thing out, redid the base and laid it in one go. What I appreciated is that they explained why the patches had failed, so I understood what I was paying for and wasn't just taking their word for it. It came out even right across and the pitch carries water off to the side. It's been down through a full winter without a mark showing. Money well spent.
Thanks so much for the wonderful feedback, it truly means a lot to us.
LL paving redid our asphalt driveway and it turned out great. they were upfront about the cost and the crew worked fast. smooth surface now and no more cracks. easy people to deal with start to finish
Your kind words are greatly appreciated and we're grateful for your support.
Our driveway was in bad shape, cracks running all over and the corners crumbling off. LL Paving came out and gave us a quote that felt reasonable compared to what I expected. They didnt try to pressure us into stuff we didnt need which I liked. The day they came to do the work they were organized, everyone knew thier job and it moved along fast. They tore out the old asphalt, redid the base and laid down the new surface. It came out smooth and level, no rough patches or anything. They ran me through when I could drive on it and how to take care of it the first month. A few weeks later and it still looks great, drains well and no puddles like before. The whole thing was easier than I thought it would be and the driveway looks brand new. Good bunch to work with and the price ended up right where they said it would.
We're so thankful for your positive review and encouragement.
LL did our driveway last month. quote was straightforward, no weird line items or vague stuff. they pulled out the old asphalt and put in a new surface, took about a day and a half total. finish looks even and the slope drains right toward the street like it should. paid what was on the estimate. the foreman checked in with me before they wrapped up to make sure i was good with everything. solid experience
Thank you for sharing such generous feedback with us.
Easy to work with start to finish got a quote fast scheduled within two weeks crew was efficient in install day driveway looks great and the whole process was painless for us
We appreciate you taking the moment to leave such a kind review.
Reached out to LL Paving in early summer about repaving our driveway. The estimator came by within the week, took measurements, and walked me through what the project would involve. We scheduled for about a month out which gave me time to clear things from the driveway. On install day the crew arrived early and had the old surface up by lunch. New asphalt went down the next day. The whole project tracked exactly to the timeline they gave me at the estimate.
Thank you! We’re glad everything stayed clear, smooth, and on schedule.
