Really great company! We saw a cockroach in our condo and didn’t want to see others. So we called Lloyd's on Monday and Omar arrived Tuesday for a very reasonably priced inspection and treatment. He was helpful and professional. Highly recommend this company for your pest needs.
I liked the detailed report w photographs documenting the openings where pest might enter. Suggestions of how to seal.
We have a regular professional technician who confirms appointments, arrives on time, is competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lloyd Pest and Termite is a great value. Lloyd technicians are thorough, professional, and treat us as valued customers. I always know when they're coming and get a report right after service, even when not at home.

Horrible customer service. Very hard to schedule a visit after paying. I needed to reschedule and no response from them. It was like talking to…

Great service - great company!
The pest technician let themselves into our gated/fenced backyard without permission while we were not present and treated the perimeter of our property with pesticide. The treatment was not scheduled with us and took place without warning. Our dog has access to the backyard throughout the day and is therefore…

Lloyd Pest Control has serviced our property for 2 years now. We live on the ground floor in downtown and critters find a way to get in. Only good cockroach is a dead one, and I’d rather not see that! Ricardo has been taking care of our home every 4-6 weeks for about two years. He is so kind, an expert in his field,…

I signed up for a 6 month package over a year ago to remove roaches on a place I was renting. I used them twice to remove roaches. I randomly check my credit card bill yesterday and see a charge from them. They have been charging me every month for over a year for what was supposed to be a 6 month package on a place…
