Rancho Coastal Properties, Inc. use Lloyd Pest & Termite Control for 90% of the homes in our San Diego property management portfolio. Their whole team is always polite on the phone and their field techs are on time. This company is a no brainer for us. Keep up the great work!
We have a regular professional technician who confirms appointments, arrives on time, is competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lloyd Pest and Termite is a great value. Lloyd technicians are thorough, professional, and treat us as valued customers. I always know when they're coming and get a report right after service, even when not at home.
Been with Lloyd Pest control for about 10 years and servicing both residential and rental properties. Great customer service all around each and every time. Recently it was Ana at the office and Jeffrey our technician. Great people

We've always been very happy with Lloyd's service. Today, we had a new technician, Martin Brown, who lived up to the great reputation of the previous technicians. He handled both our routine pest maintenance and a new rat problem...quickly, efficiently, thoroughly and was super friendly throughout!
Lloyd responded quickly to my additional service request. I have always been satisfied with my maintenance. But when I asked for additional care, they sent their best, Dmir W. He summarized the service promptly and gave useful additional instructions. Really outstanding service.
Jose was extremely professional. He explained everything and wasn't in a rush to get in and out. This type of customer service is a lost art and was very much appreciated.

Reasonable pricing and flexible scheduling. I always receive a call or email in advance to confirm the service, which I really appreciate. Reliable, professional. Highly recommend for pest control needs.
