We have a regular professional technician who confirms appointments, arrives on time, is competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lloyd Pest and Termite is a great value. Lloyd Termite Control is very knowledgeable and courteous. The spot treatments were done in a careful and thorough manner, as was the heat treatment. They arrived on time, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves.
