I have a contract with Lloyds. My technician, Briana cares about her work and it shows. She took the cobwebs off my windows to mitigate the spider problem, identified a wasp nest and removed it. She’s extremely professional and arrived on time.
Jose is always courteous and considerate plus he figured out my almost incurable rat problem that no other company had been able to do in a number of years! Raul did the same plus figured out other complicated problems!
Lloyd's has employees who have worked for years on the same accounts including at my property. They get to know the property very well and can handle important and changing issues as a result. I'm very satisfied with the personnel and work they do.
