We have a regular professional technician who confirms appointments, arrives on time, is competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lloyd Pest and Termite is a great value. Lloyd technicians are thorough, professional, and treat us as valued customers. I always know when they're coming and get a report right after service, even when not at home.
Everyone at Lloyd, from the office staff to the inspector and technicians were professional, thorough and friendly - a pleasure to do business with. The price was very fair, and a good value for the services performed and the warranty coverage.
I have been with Lloyd Termite Control for decades and would never go with anyone else. I pay once a year and they cover me the entire year if I see anything regarding termites at my home. Alfonso Medina has been here most of the time and he is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Lloyd Termite Control.
All of the folks we’ve dealt with at Lloyd’s have been efficient and friendly. We particularly have enjoyed working with Jeff Bybee and we feel so much better informed after talking with him. Going forward, we are happy to have Lloyd’s (and Jeff!) as our partner in managing any pest-related issues going forward.
Always our most reliable pest control vendor! Works fast and very affordable. Thank you!

Friendly professional service from all that I have interacted.
I have worked with other termite companies and have never gone back, but the customer service experienced with Lloyds was exceptional. Janine, was so kind and took the time to explain the termite situation and what to expect. Not to mention the fair prices. Very happy with Lloyds and would definitely recommend.
When we discovered termite droppings in the house, we called and got someone out to the house in a timely manner. Bruno Duarte was our service man and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated his communication skills in educating me about termites, explaining how they treat for them and what to look…
Lloyd Termite Control is very knowledgeable and courteous. The spot treatments were done in a careful and thorough manner, as was the heat treatment. They arrived on time, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves.
Excellent customer service, friendly and timely. Alfredo was very knowledgeable. Only issue is I asked for military discount and was told they would. Never happened.
Friendly, courteous and professional technicians.
