If this pest control wasn’t packaged in with my rent, I would NEVER pay for their service. Here’s the truth of what I get. Lloyd technicians are thorough, professional, and treat us as valued customers. I always know when they're coming and get a report right after service, even when not at home.
Outstanding service as always!
We've always been very happy with Lloyd's service. Today, we had a new technician, Martin Brown, who lived up to the great reputation of the previous technicians. He handled both our routine pest maintenance and a new rat problem...quickly, efficiently, thoroughly and was super friendly throughout!
Lloyd responded quickly to my additional service request. I have always been satisfied with my maintenance. But when I asked for additional care, they sent their best, Dmir W. He summarized the service promptly and gave useful additional instructions. Really outstanding service.

Mr Paul was prompt, professional and pleasantly polite. He has wealth of knowledge about the treatments as well as eagerness to answer all my concern and question. Thanks and keep up the great work!
All technicians are helpful, respectful, and professional. We have been customers of Lloyd Pest Control for years and have no reason to look for another company to service our home. This is the third home of ours that they have serviced. We also love that we can call in between visits and get a technician out if pests are a problem.
Gonzalo is always such a professional. We LOVE him! And our gopher and ant issues have greatly improved since we hired Lloyd Pest Control. Thank you for all you do :-)
