Rancho Coastal Properties, Inc. use Lloyd Pest & Termite Control for 90% of the homes in our San Diego property management portfolio. Their whole team is always polite on the phone and their field techs are on time. This company is a no brainer for us. Keep up the great work!
Always a great Job
Friendly, Knowledgeable, Through, & Efficient. Pointed out dry rot areas that even I had missed. Inspection was covered under warranty after previous tenting treatment 3 years ago with a clean inspection!
Everyone at Lloyd, from the office staff to the inspector and technicians were professional, thorough and friendly - a pleasure to do business with. The price was very fair, and a good value for the services performed and the warranty coverage.
I have been with Lloyd Termite Control for decades and would never go with anyone else. I pay once a year and they cover me the entire year if I see anything regarding termites at my home. Alfonso Medina has been here most of the time and he is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Lloyd Termite Control.
Mr Paul was prompt, professional and pleasantly polite. He has wealth of knowledge about the treatments as well as eagerness to answer all my concern and question. Thanks and keep up the great work!
The tech lessened to our concerns and explain the treatment process and the length of time it will be effective.
All of the folks we’ve dealt with at Lloyd’s have been efficient and friendly. We particularly have enjoyed working with Jeff Bybee and we feel so much better informed after talking with him. Going forward, we are happy to have Lloyd’s (and Jeff!) as our partner in managing any pest-related issues going forward.
Another year with Rodrigo who is our service technician and he’s the best! Professional, timely, responsive and thorough. We recommend him highly. And Lloyds always comes through! Never have a pest problem.
Leticia my service technician for my yearly termite inspection. Leticia, friendly, personable, professional. She is a huge asset to Lloyd pest control, termite division.
Our technician, Raul, is always so friendly, thorough, polite, and respectful of our home. He is knowledgeable and has always been able to help us resolve any pest problem that has arisen.
Always thorough, professional and punctual. Good value for the cost.
I have used Lloyd’s ever since I took on my mother’s ok’d home. They are courteous and professional. They send me the same tech every year and I really appreciate that.
Peter is always the greatest. He knows the favorite Ant hideouts. THANKS

What Mr. Jasso does when he comes, and how he responds to our inquiries via emails confirming the window time he will be here.
Kevin Gomez was honest, friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend to my friends.
Dave arrived on time, identified termite problem in patio bathroom and immediately treated the infestation with instructions on what to watch for and when to watch for it and what to do if problem recurs. Friendly, courteous and professional.
Complete service. Rudy very competent, pleasant, prompt. John did thorough job evaluating what work was needed. Price was fair. We’re long time customers and will continue to deal with Lloyd
They came to check for termites.
Friendly professional service from all that I have interacted.
I have worked with other termite companies and have never gone back, but the customer service experienced with Lloyds was exceptional. Janine, was so kind and took the time to explain the termite situation and what to expect. Not to mention the fair prices. Very happy with Lloyds and would definitely recommend.
We have many years of good service from Lloyd Pest Control.
Customer service and the technician were both great and helpful. Listened and answered all the questions I had. I have dealt with other companies before but this is the only one provided me the easy access customer portal online. Highly recommended and will definitely work with them again.
Friendly, courteous and professional technicians.
We've had Lloyd Pest Control as a service provider for years now. The service that Jose (our service tech) provides is professional, polite and top-notch. When you call customer service, or speak with Jose - they listen and figure out solutions that work for you. I'd highly recommend Lloyd's and Jose too!
