Needed to get rid of our broken couch. Removal was not covered by our trash removal area. So we found LoadUp! after searching for removing furniture online. They responded immediately, provided us with a quote. We weee able to schedule a pickup easily online and received info on the process and what to expect. On the day of pickup, our loader Billy contacted us and communicated clearly. Billy and his helper were careful during the move to get the couch out. They were efficient and the process was less than 20 minutes. The experience was quick, convenient, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Wanted almost 400 for a small pile of yard debris. Asked them if I could send measurements for a more accurate quote/estimate since the picture was misleading that I sent (extremely small yrs made pile look larger than it is), and instead of letting me send measurements, they said “thanks for considering load up” clearly letting me know they didn’t want my business. I called two other places and one said 80, the other said 100 to pick it up. They asked for 4 times the amount and wouldn’t even let me send measurements.

Usually this service is more prompt and the time slots are correct and followed. Two days in a row the loader kept pushing the time back. I really do understand loading takes time but like come on now.

I needed an old flat screen TV weighing about 200 pounds removed. Two men came in and removed it like it was no weight at all. I was very impressed with the speed in which they responded and glad to have the TV gone.
