Excellent, honest repair service that I recommend without reservation. This is a family business that has been around for more than thirty years. They really know what they're doing, and they're totally honest. I wanted to find out if my 20-year-old washing machine was worth repairing, and called Local Home Appliance for a quote. Their diagnostic charge was unexpectedly reasonable, and Matt convinced me that my old Kenmore was absolutely worth repairing. I made an appointment and Matt came out the next day. I was ready to buy a new machine for close to $1,000 but Matt fixed mine in ten minutes with a $50 part -- that he actually had on his truck! He convinced me that these vintage machines were likely to last a lot longer than the ones available today. The machine is working beautifully now, just as it always did. I am forever grateful to Matt and will never call anyone else for appliance repair.

Local Home Appliance has completed multiple repairs at our home. Most recently Jeremy fixed the clothes dryer with an install of a new heating element and also fixed our LG microwave with a new magnetron, capacitor, and diode. Before that they repaired the LG refrigerator, a brand few shops will even look at. Their prices are always reasonable and they ALWAYS on time for the time slot they tell you. And, it’s typically a one hour time frame, not the 3 hours many places have. Matt, the owner is always prompt in returning calls and keeping you informed about ordered parts delivery. Great service, on time, great price, great people. Highly recommended.
