Customers praise Local Roots for punctual service, clear communication, and fair pricing across air conditioning and plumbing repairs. Technicians are described as professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to urgent requests, often explaining work thoroughly to build trust. One negative review cites an incomplete AC repair and aggressive social media harassment regarding an unpaid check, though the overall rating remains high.

Had a great experience! Jackie on the phone was super nice and helpful, and made everything easy. Always love supporting a family-owned small business. Highly recommend!!
I highly recommend Local Roots AC and Plumbing. I contacted several AC installers when my 4 ton Lennox unit was having difficulty keeping up with it's 15th Arizona summer, but Local Roots was the first and only installer to get back to me. I had previously met the owner when Local Roots installed two units in my fiance's home a couple of months earlier. The following Monday, Eric Valentine came over and determined that I should have had a 5 ton unit all along and gave me an estimate. Less than a week later, a new variable speed Trane 5 ton heat pump was installed by Cory Guerrero and Jordan Simpson, who literally rebuilt the plumbing and wiring in addition to installing the unit in a single day. I was initially surprised, but within a week, Dave Holland came over to check the installation and to confirm that the unit was working properly. Unfortunately, an error code on the thermostat indicated that the unit required inspection a couple of weeks later, and Nebija came the same day I called. He determined that one of the sensors was the problem, and within two days he returned and replaced all of them. Throughout this experience, we had some of the coolest days of the summer, but Local Roots did the job so quickly and efficiently, I doubt if I would have noticed if they had been the hottest. All of the technicians were knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to have in my home.

Dave was fabulous. He removed all the filter grills and cleaned them. I had had the roof refinished and the drain was replaced incorrectly. Dave corrected it during his maintenance call. Great experience. Best experience with Dave and Local Roots. I recommend them highly.
