Customers frequently praise the friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness of the staff, noting that technicians explain processes and pricing clearly before starting work. Reviews highlight successful removal of stains and odors from carpets, rugs, and furniture, with many clients expressing satisfaction with the overall results. However, some lower-rated reviews criticize unexpected price increases compared to initial quotes, instances of late arrivals, and concerns about incomplete stain removal or lingering odors after service.

Highly recommend! My couch looks and smells so much better. No more dog smell! For now… Thank you, Jason!
Jacob Garner was very friendly! Jacob had me check his work to make sure I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning before he left my house. The closet carpet was very dirty but came out really nice along with the other two rooms he cleaned. The house smelled very clean and fresh and won’t take long to dry!
