I didn’t use them due to being able to open my door but if I wasn’t able to I would have. I liked how I got a quote from them through the phone nor did I have to wait for another techs call to set an appointment or from them to come. I liked how it was straight forward.
Great service, quick and easy changeout of lock and new keys.
Absolutely outstanding service from Lock and Roll Locksmith! I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I called on a Sunday because I needed the door at my pediatric physical therapy clinic checked for proper operation and safety, especially to ensure it closed more slowly and securely. He was able to come out within just a few hours and immediately put me at ease by listening carefully to my concerns and understanding exactly what I needed. He not only fixed the issue but truly went above and beyond by adding extra safety measures and educating me on other ways to improve the security and functionality of my business door. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. It’s a gift to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and truly cares about helping their customers. As a clinic owner, knowing that my space is safe for the children and families I serve means everything to me. I’m so grateful for his attention to detail and the extra care he took to make sure everything was working properly. I’m incredibly happy to have found the best locksmith in Upland and someone I can confidently call whenever I need help in the future. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely committed to doing the job right, I highly recommend Lock and Roll Locksmith! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
