Asked for slip yoke to be greased because of common issue with vehicle. Technicians did not inspect or perform the fix even though I repeated it 3 times. Performed basic unrelated tests. They were nice but it is apparent they don’t care, did not even recommend next steps until asked. Called 20 minutes before close…

Our insurance wasn't going to cover the second visit, but Maria went to war for us and got it taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Took to transmission shop same day and they disagreed with the shops assessment of slipping transmission.
Was able to get my car inspected right away. Prices were fair and I felt that the issues that were brought up were honest issues. Didn’t feel pressured to do anything and explanations about issues related to my car were clear. This was my first time coming to Lodi Auto Care and I definitely had a positive experience.

They got me in their shop real quick actually I needed them to go over a few things to other mechanics advise me and I didn't need a water pump after all they are very honest and I just found a new mechanic
