I’m so glad I found Johnny for Home Inspection. Right off the bat, I could tell he was detail-oriented, he goes the extra mile to make sure he has checked everything. I was really impressed with his work ethic, and thorough inspection. He also walked us through and let us know about the damages. He was great! Highly recommend! 😊

Hey Tim! Thanks so much for the review, sorry for the late reply on this one. Really glad the video helped along with the report, I think it makes a big difference seeing everything vs just reading about it. Appreciate you guys and I'd be happy to help on the next one! If any questions pop up about the house just reach out, I'm always here to help 👍
We’ve worked with this company twice already, and in both cases the report was clear and well-crafted. Johny, the person who performed the inspection on both occasions, was also spotless in demeanor. He is very polite, organized, and professional. Nothing to complain about or suggest improving: his service is really good.
Price assessment: Reasonable price

We had a home inspection done over the holiday weekend and we're so grateful for Johnny making himself available to us. The entire process from getting a quote, scheduling, the actual inspection on site, and receiving the report was nothing but pleasant and efficient. Communication was smooth and his level headed approach gave us peace of mind knowing what items are truly significant and what are easy fixes.
He took the time to educate us, answer all our questions patiently, and you can tell he is extremely knowledgeable about his work and deeply experienced. He's honest and forthcoming when there's something that requires more specialized evaluation. I can't say enough good things about Johnny and his quality of work, and we'll probably call him for all inspection needs in the future!

I highly recommend Johnny with Logic Inspection Group! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire inspection process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and provided valuable recommendations and advice. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we received our inspection report very quickly. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence and peace of mind during our home-buying journey. Thank you, Johnny, for the outstanding service!
Logic inspectors deserve ten stars out of five. Especially the mold service.
My worst fear is being stuck with a lemon of a house... hidden costs that don't show up until its too late. Logic uses the latest tech and testing to analyze and produce a comprehensive report that will identify all of the costs and risks present in the house.
From my inspection report, I was able to estimate $78k of repairs to bring the house to like-new condition. Before the Logic report, my estimate was around $30k.
On time. Less than two hours in-and-out. Comprehensive online report. Multiple follow up responses to questions.
Today I was able to walk through with Johnny while he completed my home inspection. He was not only thorough, but he explained everything he was checking, why, and what he was looking for. He clearly explained what he found and the severity of each item he was listing on the report. He made me feel informed, confident in the purchase,
And knowledgeable what needs to be done for the safety of having small children in the home.
