Review from Google · view on GoogleI went in to repair a spider crack. I did sign the form but no mention of further damage to me was stated. After a 45 minute wait, the lady at the front came out and said they couldn't make the repair. I was a little annoyed that I had to wait the full 45 minutes to be informed they couldn't do it. Went out to my truck and the spider crack was now several cracks about 5-6 inches long. I went back in to let them know the damage is now way worse, but she said that I signed the form and waived rights for further damage. I get that, but the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional. What they should say ahead of time is that further damage can occur, do you want to proceed. If I new that, I probably would have accepted the spider crack. As if that wasn't enough, she said they could replace the window for short of $1100.00. I liked this glass shop, but the front office lady needs to go to customer service training and adjust her attitude.
