Holy cow this company is awesome! The cheapest price of anyone I called, and was able to replace a shattered shower door the very next day! The installer, Matt, has definitely been doing this a while! He even noted and fixed a minor build error by whoever remodeled this bathroom shower enclosure.

Eric and Adam took great care of me and my family. It was obvious that they really care about their customers. They are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We used Lone Star because of the reviews and location. The delivered product appears to be quite good. In hind sight several things about the whole process would prevent a second order. We stopped by the showroom(?) to view options. Very little to see. Office staff instructed us to forward a picture and they would prepare a quote. We received an acceptable quote and placed an order. At this point a Lone Star employee came to our house and measured the installation, explained the unit would be hinged to allow opening both in and out, tentatively scheduled the final installation and took a deposit. Several days later we were notified that the door was ready and the installation completed. Upon completion we discover that while the door swings both ways, it hits the shower head going in and the toilet when opening out. This is DEFINITELY something the experienced measurer/designer should have alerted us to. We most likely would have chosen a different style given the opportunity. Was this not mentioned because Lone Star only offers one style of installation? I do not know. I just feel that the Lone Star should have alerted to these problems.
Within A day two Lone Star contacted us and scheduled a home visit. After verifying our concerns, a solution was suggested and and accepted. Within10 days a new shower door assembly was installed and all concerns addressed. A great company to deal with!

We agree that the interaction between the door, shower head, and toilet is something that should have been discussed during the measuring process so that you could make an informed decision about the configuration. We offer a number of different shower door styles and configurations, and our goal is always to help determine what works best for each individual bathroom.
We would very much like the opportunity to review this installation with you and see if there is anything we can do to improve the situation. Unfortunately, we have not been able to match the name associated with this review to a customer in our records, and we have not received a call or email regarding this issue.

Owner Eric was out the same day to access what was needed and our new glass door was installed just a few days later. Simply outstanding service and customer care and very reasonable pricing.
