Amazing! Called & where here the next day 😍 thank u!

I had a great experience with Kyle for my backflow test last spring, and he winterized our system this past fall. Unfortunately when I tried to get ahold of him for our backflow test this spring, he was not nearly as professional. He had agreed to come out to my property three different times. The first time, I think he genuinely may have forgotten. The next time he told me he was running late and asked if he could come later in the day, to which I agreed. Then he never showed. I tried reaching back out to follow up, but have not received a response. Its unfortunate because I really appreciated his professionalism last year. I’m not sure what happened this year. Clear communication could have easily avoided this issue. Ended up using another company this year. If you need someone, check into Alamo Backflow- Trevor was super kind!

Even though we had a hiccup in the beginning. Service was then completed after everything had transpired. I’m glad that he called and apologized.

FRAUD. Spoke with Kyle and went with this company because they were the fastest to respond and the one that could get here fast I confirmed that he would submit my ppw to the city. He came out and did the backflow test, I paid by phone after. Then I got the letter saying my backflow wasn't submitted and I have 15 days from 8/15 to get it done. Went and looked at my security cameras to when he came out, he was here for less than 2 minutes. I called and messaged him no answer then I called him from my husband's phone he answered apologized and said he'll submit the ppw. He never did. I disputed the charge with my bank.

Called after a blunder with another company, the gentleman was at my house within an hour and had my system up and running before lunch. Let me know what would need to be done, and price up front. Even offered me other services to help prevent this from recurring

Lonestar irrigation did an excellent job fixing my back flow along with multiple sprinkler heads and did a good check on my system to ensure it was ready to go. They were quick as well with same day repair. Highly recommend this company for your irrigation needs!

They were great, responsive, polite and came out right away. They conducted my back flow test and submitted the report direct to the city. They were priced generously and did a great job. Would recommend for your irrigation needs !

SCAM: Contacted Kyle to perform backflow test on our rental property while we live out of state & agreed on a date. He called back and mentioned he discovered a leak and rescheduled for the next day for testing and repairs. Next day we were informed it was completed and paid, the city has not received any reports of completion & we can no longer get ahold of Kyle. Doesn’t answer messages or calls.

Kyle was amazing! Discovered a leak in our sprinkler head on Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out same day and fix the problem! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I will only use this company for my plumbing/irrigation needs from now on!

Omg!!! Words can't explain the greatttt service I got from Kyle and when I called them about my backflow inspection issue he was there in an hours. He repaired my issue and water was back on .Kyle was so professional and so polite.thank you again being a single mom one less thing to worry about
