Long did a fantastic Job on our new roof. The Crew completed it in one days and did a great job cleaning everything up and coming back the next day to do a final sweep. I would recommend them for anyone looking at getting a new roof
I recently hired Long Construction for a full roof replacement, and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. Brandon Prince, the project manager, was on-site all day overseeing the work and made a huge difference in the process. His communication was constant, clear, and proactive—he kept me updated at every stage, so there were zero surprises along the way. The roofing crew was exceptionally professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They worked quickly without cutting corners and took great care to protect the landscaping and thoroughly clean up all debris before leaving. These folks are great to work with. I chose them because they gaurantee their work for 25years, more than double a typical roofing co. To me that’s saying something. Jake and Tom helped me land on a more complex solution than your typical re roof. They spent the time to really consider my house/attic. Brandon was my PM and you could tell he knew what he was doing and he cared about doing it right. Great to work with, patient with my questions. Denni and the others on the crew were dialed in, courteous and skilled. They also left things CLEAN. Skilled builders , not just slapping on roofs. I recommend Long now all the time

The quality of workmanship was great on my complete roof replacement. During the Covid time the owner himself did the majority of the work under freezing cold conditions. I also had gutter replacement which they were smart to provide wider gutter to prevent jamming. These people are hardworking and provide the best customer service.

I am giving 5 stars review mainly because of the owner of the company-Michael Long. Hard working, came on the site himself, helped clean up my backyard, reasonable and reliable. Roofers he employs are fast and hardworking people. Started early, finished in the dark. Roof looks great. Came on time, all equipment was on the site couple days ahead.

Had a full roof replacement. this company was extremely professional form day one. They showed up on time, and did the job right. The price was right in line with others in the area, however they are a family-owned business so I like that. Go with them and you won't be disappointed.

This is a great roofing company and I am glad to have hired them. Phil (sales) was knowledgeable and transparent about the roofing materials, process, and pricing and DID NOT try to rush us. He worked with me to amend the contract a few times as we worked through our options. I felt confident the entire time, and still do, that we got what we needed and at a fair price. (We got a quote from a competitor, Eerie, and it was a night and day difference -- they absolutely tried to push us into a vague contract, at a higher price no less, for the same warranty and product. Yuck.) Connor (our construction coordinator) was a delight to work with. He obviously cares about his work and made sure we were taken care of. We had a lot of different steps on our job (roof, siding, gutters, gutter guards, etc) and he stayed on top of all of it and answered our questions along the way. And the dozen or so folks whose names I didn't get the chance to learn were all likewise excellent. Everyone was courteous and did excellent work. I appreciate the thoughtful soul who moved the potted asparagus I forgot about! I recommend Long to anyone.
