Customers frequently cite the store's extensive inventory, including boots and fasteners, along with helpful staff who locate specific items or arrange deliveries. However, several reviewers note that the store can feel disorganized with merchandise strewn about, making it difficult to navigate. Additional complaints mention limited staffing during busy periods, which leads to long lines and a lack of assistance for some shoppers.
