Wanted to compliment Jonathan in accounting! When I review my monthly ledger, I can easily follow his “detailed” entries and attached summary page, without being a CPA. The result is, I have no yearning questions, and I am left with a comfort level that everything is accurate! Cheers to Jonathon! While I am complimenting Jonathon, I must also say thanks to the whole team including, Andrew that puts it all together, like a well run machine! Andrew is there for his clients and understands that everyone from landlords, tenants and staff play an intricate role in growth/success. Lastly can’t say enough for Eddie and Kara in maintenance! Eddie and Kara are an integral part of this machine, as they have to take care of demanding tenants and daily hassles! They are remarkable at finding solutions to all sorts of dirty issues and At the same time, can return a call and make one feel they are the only client in the room. Longstep is very proactive; professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. I've tried other property management companies and they are not as capable as Longstep, and also not very honest. Longstep (especially Randy) has integrity and does a great job.
