I was looking for a local cleaning service to help with a move out and luckily found Lopez Cleaning! They responded to my request almost immediately, quoted a price lower than any of the large national chains, showed up right on time, the ladies were kind and helpful, and did an amazing job even though they had to deal with an abundance of golden retriever hair. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again.

One was a move in cleaning and left that house SPARKLING CLEAN!!!
I would 100/100 recommend them!!
The other they did was a deep cleaning for my grandmothers home and all I can say is i definitely invested my money in the right place!!! Scheduling my monthly services with them as well speak 🤩

Update: I had the names mixed up-Renee isn’t the person that I initially met and talked to. Also, Irma sent me a message to try and resolve things, so I would say they have decent customer service once things are officially discussed. I would recommend them for a regular cleaning service, but not a move in/out service.
I saw all of the good reviews and decided to receive services from this company. Our initial interaction was good and Renee and her business partner seemed nice. They gave me a decent estimate and I paid the down payment. Renee said they would come to clean on 1/23 after 11am, no other specific time. I notified her that I head to work, but I could come by and check the house when I got off of work. I received a text saying they were finishing up and luckily I was about to leave work. I arrived about 20 minutes after that text was sent to me. When I looked around, the place looked good, but I did notice some things that needed to be cleaned. I’m not picky, but I am renting out my home and just wanted it to look good for the renters. Out of the several things that I noticed, I only mentioned two-cleaning the patio door frame at the bottom-the man that did the carpet cleaning took a rag and cleaned half of it which I appreciated. The second major thing was a medium sized closet that was missed and the man who was there admitted that he missed that, but cleaned everything else. He also told me that they have already put up the equipment, a younger man was outside with the equipment getting it prepared to load in the van I guess. I sent the payment, but also notified them that some things needed to be cleaned/corrected. I was sent a text about them waiting, but I took to long to come so they left. They didn’t mention anything about coming back, no apology, and no thank you for the payment. I wouldn’t recommend their services if this is how they treat customers after they miss specific cleaning duties. They didn’t care that I had concerns about unfinished work, they just took the money and kept it moving.
