Just need to say I was very lost and confused on selling my house and Joe walked me through every step without judgement and without rushing me to make a decision. He answered every question I had over a two month time period before I even made up my mind that I was selling to him . Selling my house was a big decision and Im so thankful I had him on my side to make it easier and the final process went very smooth I didnt have to do anything but sign the agreement and stop by title office to sign final papers and he had the money in my acct within days and we didnt have to completely clean out our house which made things way easier when it come to packing.
