Great venue

An absolutely lovely place for weddings and events. Went there for Fluke’s company picnic and it was lovely. They’ve got a lot of nice family activities that involve everyone.

It is an absolutely gorgeous day and it is a huge area and has every kind of game you can think of for kids (and adults) to enjoy! They even have a pond with pedal boats! The longest in ground water slide in Washington state. A perfect venue for a company picnic or huge family and friends. Can't wait to go next year!

Great place for big team event.

As a photographer, Lord Hill Farms is one of those venues where you genuinely don't know where to point your camera first. The outdoor grounds are stunning — blooming roses, a fountain, a pond, lush greenery everywhere — and the backdrop of the Snohomish Valley and Cascade Mountains doesn't hurt either. There's so much variety to work with, and it all feels intentional and beautifully maintained. It's a great fit for couples who want that wow factor without having to do a lot of decorating themselves. The grounds do the heavy lifting. Highly recommend putting this one on your list if you're looking at venues in the Snohomish area.

Tour guide was very off putting for us. Acted like the price was out of our budget & very demoralizing. Def didn’t realize a venue of $41k is very much so in our budget.. Was sighing when we were discussing with our group after saying she has to leave and needs to shut gate was very unfriendly & acted like an underpaid 9-5 teenager. Unfortunate. Tour guide alone ruined it for us.
