1st time at this facility PA Hope to be very pleasant she took time to explain procedures. Also the medical assistance at the front desk were very professional especially on the phone. Also the waiting room was very clean and fresh.

If you go to this location request any but Dr.Itamura he is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and does not like to truly help his patients. Ive been going to see him for 6 months due to a loss of hearing and the most he has ever done was look in my ears at every appointment. He finally found a solution that my ears needed to be drained, and tubes needed to be placed. After waiting MONTHS for him to schedule the procedure the morning of the procedure he has his office call me and hour before the procedure to cancel the appointment because he never scheduled and audio test. Mind you I am sitting in the waiting room at the time waiting on my procedure my experience with this doctor has been horrible I feel he is very incompetent and stringing patients along collecting insurance money while doing the bare minimum. Please if your health is important to you AVOID DR.ITAMURA!
